Went to purchase drinks, and ice with my daughter. My daughter paid with her debit card, she put the card in, entered pin, took the card out when prompted. The cashier did her thing, didn’t say anything just started to rescan the items that we had on the counter. Told my daughter the total and waited. We were so confused, my daughter informed her that she had just paid with her card. The woman tried to explain that she had made a mistake and did the sale as a cash transaction. However she is speaking mostly in Spanish, and getting upset that we don’t understand her. I finally say we don’t speak Spanish, to which she tried explaining in as good English as she knew. The fact that we didn’t understand her language, and the fact that she made a mistake caused her to be very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter, and treat us like we did something wrong. If you have a language barrier, you should not be working at the registers, not everybody in Porterville, California speaks Spanish.

The woman who works at night is very rude she always says that it is closed and does not have her name on her shirt and has gone twice around 1 am and always says that it is closed.

Good gas price, Always clean ampm is my daily to go store . in the day good staff very nice friendly in the late night around 12 am its very different theres this very rude lady (Annabel) i think i saw her name was she doesnt wear a name tag when asking for her name she wouldnt say yells at you very rude will kick you out the store, gets rude when getting crunch Ice shes really needs help on customer service and that tone of hers has to go

It says open 24 hours but has been closed on multiple times after midnight.

Great gas prices. They also have good hot food and friendly staff. Traffic can be a little hectic at times though. Since as is so cheap the pumps at times are very crowded.

Love tha crunch ice! Burgers and hotdogs are delicious here too!!

Disrespectful manager (Maxx) and staff (Maria). We dont go gas up at this location to be treated like garbage by the employees. Its no wonder the satff is rude if the manager (Maxx) himself is soooooo disrespectful. When asking for the owners number the manager refused. Horrible place and horrible staff.
