We were welcomed with a smile as we walked in, the sales person knew his product line well. The shoow room was sparkling clean. The building and parking lot were pristine. Their business was located at the end of the street of an industrial neighborhood with lots of homeless shelters. The dealership seemed very out of place in the area, it was well maintained and very visible. The prices were higher than other dealerships I have visited in the past 90 days (WA, MO, AZ)

Thank god Jason is back in sales! We just purchased a new pontoon boat and our service was beyond phenomenal. My first & only experience with this dealership was sales staff giving me bad information, unmet promises to call back, unprofessional language/excuses (while explaining behaviors of the other salesman), and a general feeling that my money (or order/deposit) doesnt matter to them. I even put my phone on speaker and my wife couldnt believe what she was hearing. Personally, Ill take my business elsewhere & recommend to others I influence that they should do the same.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured! Do not take your ski to get fixed here… $1800 my ski is in worse shape then I brought it in and was told “sorry about your luck” by the owner. Great transfer. Bought a can am maverick. If you buy sight unseen double check your financial rates. Bought in June 2020 and was told 1.9% or $750 rebate. Arrived few days later and rebates and finance rate was for polaris not can am. They can be busy and good to double check since they sell both. I drove 12 hrs to find this out and was surprised 😮...

Never uses company they are unprofessional they never give you the correct dollar amount they will make you wait for hours nothing is ever on time and if you God help it if you rent a vehicle from them they will never have one ready for you. The owner is one of the most on pressed national people in the world tried to challenge me to a fight when I got out of my truck he ran away like a little batch.

It took a while for Polaris to build the sportsman 570 and then send it out but that was due to the covid-19 pandemic. The personal service I was given at SK Northwest was nothing less than stellar. All of my questions were answered and all of my needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking for a new toy, Chris is your boy!

Went to the store to look into purchasing a jet ski. Before going I checked there inventory online to see what they had in store. The inventory showed 51 jet skis in store. Upon arrival I didn’t see any inside the store so I walked up to the counter to get help from the woman working there. It appeared to me like I was causing her a hassle as soon as she looked up. I asked if there was someone to help me look at jet skis, when her response was they are sold out. So I said your website shows you have some. She then told me it had not been updated since the weekend. I went in on a Wednesday the middle of the week. They must of had really good sales or they don’t update there site. Call before you make a drive there.

Bought a Used 2019 Maverick x3 here and they failed to submit the actual title and proper amount of paperwork for registration to DMV. They will no longer pick up my phone calls and tell me to just deal with it when I do get them on the phone. Here I am a year later with no title still Very unfortunate because Ive been in a long never ending battle with DMV ever since.

Purchased a RXT 300 and they accidentally prepped the green one instead of the orange one. Paperwork went quickly on the 2nd ski as they informed me it was identical to the first one. My mistake for trusting Eric, the reason I purchased a closeout model was 0 percent interest on financing w/ a decreasing monthly payment. Got home and called Eric you signed the contract and we never offered zero percent financing I was livid because we all knew including the salesman that wasnt a true statement. Anyway called the SK Northwest office and no response. Informed BPR North America and Citibank. I need warranty work and will NEVER do business with these dishonest bait and switch folks again. Be very careful with this bunch. P.S. I still have the original paperwork that Eric told me to destroy, it simply wasnt worth the frustration and expense going further. Dont make my mistake trusting these individuals.

Asking way to much for the ATVs and they try to get you on scammy warranties, the staff was not very helpful or accommodating. You lost my service and a customer we will go through Hillsboro Motorsports for future purchases.

They are very busy right now but I still got my service completed on time and was treated extremely well. Totally happy customer.

I want to stick up for this business. I was annoyed when I wanted a sea doo they were sold out. But thats not the owners fault. Hes a smart man and has a great business. I read the reviews that are negative and I want people to know that owners of businesses do their best they can. You cant fault a company for selling out in the summer. It happens. And people arent always perfect. Machines mess up and life goes on. If you want a cool toy go here. The place is clean and nice. They are wanting your business and if things dont go perfectly thats life. I was so mad when I couldnt buy a jet ski because they sold the one I wanted. But thats life. Its not always the greatest. But if you like can am go here. Be kind to businesses its not a easy task to keep a business running. And the customers need to be a positive force in the process as well.

Echoing the experience of others, the customer experience from beginning to end has been exceptional. Bruce and Jayson were my main contacts (sales/parts) and I will say that I felt through the entire process treated with respect and care. I pick up my quad in a couple of weeks (after I secure a proper trailer) and even then the guys gave me multiple recommendations and referrals in order to save some money and get high quality.

Bought 2 brand new outlander and several accessories, about $30000 I spent there. One of the quads has had multiple problems from the get go. Still under warranty. They refuse to fix it. Just let it sit there. It’s only six moths old and sat there for 2 of the months.They love to take your money, but when a problem occurs with a product you bought from them, they just turn their back the other way.Complete b.s.!!!!!

Husband went in to buy a 2020 Jet Ski and trailer, when the bank received the paperwork for the loan it turned out the trailer was not 2020 like they originally said. We proceeded with loan, then it turned out the jet ski trailer was used. After being mislead several times by the salesman my husband asked for his deposit back but was told he couldnt get the money back. I called to speak with a manager and was told he doesnt work out of the store and I would need to email him. I was told the business is very busy and the jet ski could be sold but wasnt sure when he would be able to sell it. I dont see the problem with refunding the money if they are able to sell the jet ski.Just be warned these guys will do whatever it takes to sell a jet ski, check the VIN before you purchase or even put a down payment on one.

Purchased two 2018 SeaDoo Sparks from Chris and couldn’t be happier. They perform beyond expectations. Chris was great to work with. Go see Jason in the parts department as he will take great care of you. I have also visited the service department who has been quite helpful.

Had a ton of work done, very poor communication, couldn’t get updates. Picked up our ski, it ran a couple hours and went right back to the same problem. After spending $2300, I did a little research and for $100, fixed the problem. Lesson learned! Won’t be returning.

The owner SHAWN is terrible at what he does. Hes verbally abusive to employees in front of customers. Even the staff at his store hate working there and you can here them complain about it. Heard one saying he didnt drink till he worked at that shop. OWNER SHAWN really needs to figure out what hes doing. Its amazing his business has been around for 20+ years if thats how he conducts business. Hope they shut down or get investigated

I have never been into a dealership of any kind, and ever had anyone treat me the way chris did. I walked in, asked a couple questions, he answered them like we were long time friends, no sales pitch, no gimmicks, or took me a week and a half to narrow down which model rzr suited my needs best, and chris answered ever call and question without ever coming across like he was trying to make a sale. He even referred me to an insurance agent that saved me unreal money to insure it. I could not have asked for any better service, I now consider him a friend, and will refer everyone I can to go to him and SK northwest. I couldn’t be any happier with my new rzr, and chris literally saved me thousands! and I don’t mean he just gave me the promotions available, he literally saved me thousands!

I bought 2 waverunners here in 2018. The sales process was easy and quick. The parts guys are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ive used the service department twice, and they do great work and charge a reasonable rate.

Im 63 and had to give up the Harley. I bought a Ryker Rally from SK Northwest. First of all Bruce, my sales guy, had actually ridden one out of the parking lot! They have a lot of products here and yet he was incredibly knowledgeable. He also treated me with respect as a rider. Bruce was on vacation when I went to pick it up and Shawn, my finance guy there got me going. Unfortunately, I had problems with the bike and they picked it up, replaced it and got me back on the road within two weeks. They stood behind their product and NEVER left me hanging! I cant say enough good about this business. They stood by me and I stand by them!

DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional rentals. The owner isnt up front with the deposit charges and may double them for no reason. Will blame you for damage that was already there. Argue with you about it, then realizes it was already there doesnt apologize and moves on. I even heard him cursing at his customers. Blaming his employees for things he didnt take care of. TERRIBLE OWNER DONT GO HERE

Eric in the sales department is amazing, 5 Star. Service department is mediocre. Technicians are very talented. Factory warranty is absolutely worthless. Saw them scratch the brand new and painted reverse gate in the exact spot that they said I previously hit something which is why I had to pay out of pocket. I have video of the incident from their people and somehow this exact same scratch from them is now fine and wont damage anything.

Bought several items from them. They cant seem to get ANYTHING right. Brought a ryker and some of the items (knee pads) came as one out of a pair. And when asked about it was told lie (they only come as one). Then when i bought some panels they came without bolts or needed spacers. Seems like they dont pay any attention to details. People work hard for their money, if you chose to spend it here be weary.

I took my SeaDoo to SK for service. It took several weeks to get it back and it still didnt work. I took it back to them and they kept it for another two months. I kept calling to see when it would be done and finally talked to someone who was either the manager or owner. He was incredibly rude. Then he told me I was being unreasonable. Really, youve had it how many months and it just sits there with no one working on it, but Im unreasonable? I guess since they already had my $700 they didnt care. Then they charged more to fix it again. If you run a business, be competent and be honest. What really irked me was his horrible attitude; massive jerk.

I needed to register a boat and came in to get it registered with the state through them. The guy at the counter screwed up twice on the paperwork as he was filling it out and was a complete jerk. I called management afterwards and was concerned about my paperwork being held up and he said that would never happen and it would be sent out within four or five days to the state. That was May 24th. Today is August 5th, I still have not received my paperwork and the temporary registration expired a while ago. I called the state and they said they did not receive the paperwork until 3 weeks after the date I registered. I would not trust this business nor will it get any of mine.

Ive been talking with Shawn and his group for a while regarding the purchase of a new boat. This was finally the year we decided to go for the new Scarab Brand. In order to make this happen, we have very specific financing requirements and on top of that, a trade in that was located in another state. Christopher Popp, who was the boat sales expert there helped us on every challenge we threw at them as well as their Financial Manager Billie who was relentless on finding the options we needed. In the end we got the right terms and trade in that allowed us to go boating in a brand new Scarab 195 Impulse, which will be a blast to enjoy this summer. Thanks for making our summer a lot funner!

We live in So Or was calling around looking for the can am maverick x3 maxx we wanted. I called every dealer in Or, Wa and No. CA. Bruce was the only one that returned my call. They didnt have exactly what we were looking for but made us a great deal on one better. Did all the financing over the phone. Super easy, very fast. Drove up today and picked it up. Shane did a great job with the financing and explaining it all to us. Parts dept was even great. Everyone was super helpful and very friendly. We will recommend them to all of our friends. THANK YOU !!UPDATE: after getting our machine home and taking it out once. we realized that there was an issue with the shocks. Went thru a whole lot of BS ended up paying someone else to adj them for us because can am and my local dealer couldnt get ther $&%^ together. My issue with Sk Northwest is this. They should have noticed the issue before they let us take the Maverick home. They said it was not part of their check list. Shouldnt matter. they deal with these machines everyday. Someone should have noticed. When i called and asked to speak to a manager i got a man by the name of Chris. I asked him if he was a manager he said YES. but when i called back and asked to speak to the manager Chris I was told there is not manager named Chris. He was actually a salesman. Love being lied to. So i have a toy that cost more than my car and the service sucks. Yes i am in southern oregon and SK couldnt really do anything to help but i dont appreciate someone telling me they are someone they are not. I am finding service after the sale is going to be non existent.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a good friend of mine spend over an hour on a jet ski in the middle of the Williamette without any assistance from the company. Once he was able to get to the boat launch and hold onto the dock (since there was no ride to tie off at all), he called numerous times, just to have someone say “someone is on their way”. No one came..“Fortunately” the owner (who’s name is Sean) was being launched on his own jet ski to do a photo shoot “for a sale” which was certainly more important than helping a customer of theirs who already paid.It’s hard to put sarcasm in txt so I hope that it was picked up on there.The owner (who’s name is Sean) was a real piece of work and wouldn’t even consider the possibility of a refund.I would highly recommend not going to this company as the do not seem to have much organization, let alone the man power to run their business on a busy day. The employee at the front counter even said he hadn’t even had a drink of water today, let alone a lunch break.Sounds like the owner is very much only thinking of making his money and not providing a quality service to it’s paying customers
