This is a fantastic shop! I took my niece to get her quince dress, and they made time for us even tho they were busy. She had been shopping online and went to a few other places, and this dress shop had far better options than anything else that we found! She got the dress of her dreams!! And I secretly want to go back and shop for myself. An insane amount of beautiful dresses 👗💃🏻

So disappointed in everything. I start my daughter journey 6 months ago. Got her dress 1 week before her quince, Her accessories where not the colors she had and design as well. Even I did her salon decorations with lady secrets and she shows up 3.5 hours late. Poor customer service. Her business grow but the quality want down . The decorations for the hall was so nasty. Dirty chair covers and ripped. I will never ever go back and do business here here.

Overall dresses are amazing but front desk girls are so rude literally ignored me and walked away as I was about to show them the dress I wanted and they did see me. After they seen me about to leave they asked me if I have the picture of the dress I wanted.

We came for bridal accessories, and left gobsmacked at the nearly obscene amount of gorgeous, reasonably prices dresses of all above mentioned varieties (quince, prom and bridal, as well as any formal event where your lady wants to show herself off). The showroom is absolutely packed with rows upon rows, sorted by color, sprawling out, above and around in a labyrinthine warren that overwhelms the senses, to the point of distraction. We only had about an hours worth of time to find what we were looking for (shoes), and spent the entire time wandering the rainbow rows and fawning over dozens of dresses, from sexy and sultry to glamorous and gaudy.We were also hoping to find some hair extensions, which unfortunately Lady Secrets do not carry, but they were kind enough to provide the name and information of a partner store that does.I do not know of a better stocked dress retailer anywhere in Portland. Anywhere, actually. We will definitely return, when we have a special event and need to find the perfect dress to compliment the occasion. Heck, we might even make up an event just to have a reason to come back!P.S. My wife and I now enjoy a perverse pleasure in surreptitiously whispering the stores name Lady Secrets to each other at random intervals.

Good place to get a prom dress. Even though they have a 5 dress limit they let my daughter try on 2 more since we had a long drive to get there. This is our 4rth year coming here for dresses.

When I first walked in I was convinced we were going to find a dress, since there was so many. The staff were nice but once I found an okay dress I noticed there were lots of defects on it and when I asked if I could have a discount for the damaged parts of the dress they gave me 5% off of it which was like $10. I know paying a seamstress would cost more than $10 to get it fixed so it wasnt worth my time so I left. The lady did offer to fix it and then for me to come back 3 days later to pick it up and pay full price or order a new one and it would be here in 3 to 6 months, but we live 3 hours away, and that wasnt an option for me. They do have plus size dresses but very limited if your bigger in the stomach, ended up at Macys and having more options. Honestly the two stars are for The defective dresses that they want to sell you for full price even when theres damages, I would give the staff a five-star because they work a lot and I saw them attending all their customers pretty well.

This is the coolest store! They have the most beautiful dresses Ive ever seen! Nice staff and they have an awesome arrangement making it impossible to have the same dress as another girl at the prom! My 18 year old daughter and I loved our mother/daughter time here, and we found her prom dress!Update; we went back to pick up the dress and they had lost it. We waited for two hours while they looked for it and never found it. They offered us another dress in a bigger size but were going to increase the price to alter it. They did not offer a discount for the inconvenience on a $300 dress and now I have to make an additional trip there from Washington. Its a lovely store with sad business ethics. Im not exactly pleased.

Customer service is terrible. We didn’t even last 15 mins in the store. No one seem to want to help us.

Only for Mexicans,they dont want accept other races. We was waiting almost 1 hour they refused to help us but we saw other Mexicans came after us and get help.In the end they start to clean the shop we was asking them what about us they say we Closed.

I have gone to Lady’s Secrets three times now looking for a quince dress, each one of those times Angy helped me out. She was very helpful and was very knowledgeable of the dresses. I drove from 5 hours away to find my dream gown when I compete in June for the title of Miss Oregon! I was so thankful that I was able to make an appointment during their busiest season. We drove two hours to get there I really enjoyed my experience. The ladies who helped us were really nice to us and helped us alter our dresses quickly. We got three prom dresses in one day and the dresses were all so beautiful. My only complaint would be that we had to wait for someone to be out to get dresses for us, but we understood since there were a lot of customers there. They have a policy where you can only try on 8 dresses per visit, but the lady helping us was lenient and let us try on more.Overall the experience was fun and we will definitely be going there next year. I would highly recommend!

The girls helping us were really rude. I’m not sure what there names were. The dresses were alright. They made us feel very uneasy and kinda bad about ourselves.

Angy attended us and she was amazing. We had a 15 dress fitting. She helped us find the perfect dress. She had good advice and was really sweet. I would really recommend finding a dress with her.

Staff is wonderful, helps you get the size and fitting you need and are there for any questions or different styles are anything you need. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and is my number one place to come get my dresses. I 100% recommend.

We drove an hour to get there and then were told we could only try on 7 dresses per day. This is definitely something they should advertise. We most likely would have found a dress had we been able to try them on.

They have wonderful service! I went in to look for a wedding dress and we had a girl named Valerie help us out, she was absolutely helpful. We were able to find the perfect dress. We went in 2 days later and she happened to help us again and she was so helpful in less than an hour we were able to find my sisters brides maid dress. They have different styles and varieties, pricing is also great! I decently recommend this place.

My first visit to Lady Secrets to find my daughter a gown for prom. If you knew my daughter she is. VERY picky and normally never does dresses so I thought this was going to be a challenge! Kelly assisted us and was very patient, kind, understanding and an all around great person to help us! There was also another person who assisted us by the name on Mali(I think) who showed us how things worked with such professionalism and great customer service! You will not believe your eyes with the amount of selections available! They have dresses sorted by color and long vs short. They have rules set up so everyone can be helped appropriately. Take a number, take 3 pics of the dresses you want to start off with show them to helper, she gets them for you you try them on. She brings you more up to 8 total, it was a great experience. We arrived early on a Thursday morning 1030 and they were getting busy by 1100. They did need more help but were amazing with what they had. We spent 400.00 on 2 beautiful prom dresses and cannot wait to go back in the years to come.

Wow!!! Awesome prom dress shopping with my granddaughter! Saw the huge selection and thought, this could take a while. We walked through the rows of dresses, quickly found a very nice person to help us, she pulled the first 3 dress choices, and my granddaughter tried on #2 and announced that was her perfect dress. Everyone from the store is super nice. They were patient with me finding my perfect dress and size. But the reason i gave it a 3 stars was because all sales are final nor can you exchange any dress. I had to order my dress from them, wait a week and when I got my dress it was huge on me. I asked if they could fix it for me ever though they already had my sizes length and dress size. But they told me it would cost me more from what the price of the dress was. But other then that they have a lot of selections and styles.

Don’t waste your time to drive there. Dresses over priced and they only allow you to try on 8 dresses per day. Drove 2 hours because the website showed many dress options and no where did it indicate the limit of 8 for trying on, would not have wasted my time if it did as I have short girls with large chests that are hard to fit. Rude staff when trying to explain my frustration.....will never give them my $$.

Lady Secrets was highly recommended for my daughters prom dress and its easy to see why. They have a MASSIVE selection (good luck picking one - theyre all gorgeous) of quinceañera, prom, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, and fancy dresses. Note that you need to select up to 4 dresses to try on, then head to the fitting rooms. The attendant will get your sizes before setting you up in a room. I paid only $120 for a stunningly beautiful dress for my daughter. Check them out! I hear weekends can be crazy busy.

Although they had a moderate selection of dresses, it was incredibly hard to find any staff to pull dresses for you to try on. Also, they have a policy where two people from the same school can’t buy the same dress, which is great until we purchased a dress and within an hour already had someone who bought the dress from the same place say they already had it. Adding on to that, they don’t accept returns which is very frustrating considering they specifically told us no one else had already bought the dress when we asked.

It was definitely an experience. My daughter found a beautiful dress, the gals that work there are very helpful! Beautiful dresses there.

I had bought one of there dresses and they said that they did an alteration. My mom and I thought we should have it done here, so the alterer pined it where I wanted it. They called us and said it was ready to pickup. The lady that was helping us was so rude. We payed for the dress, I wanted to try it on with my high heels and it was still too long. The lady said it was our fault that the heels that we bought werent right hight. My mom grabbed the shoes that I was wearing when they pined my dress in and it was still too long. The lady said that it was my fault, and it wasnt. She kept blaming us when they are the ones who messed up on the alteration. I would never recommend this place.

Went in looking for bridal veils and they dont have them out to look at but all behind the counter. It was busy so we decided to look around. The dresses are beautiful but so expensive. Took a look for brides maids dresses. Majority of them over $130. Way too much for what I was looking for

This place is horrible. I have been to this store numerous times for different occasions and every time I have a bad experience. There are never enough employees to help out, and they are not very helpful. A lot of the time employees are just in the back instead of helping customers out with dresses. The most disappointing thing about this store is the attitude some of the employees have with customers. I was a dama for a quincenera and I went to pick up my dress for the ocasion, because there were multiple dresses for the rest of the damas two of the employees were figuring out what dress was mine, as I had told them mine was a xs. One of the employees came out with two dresses and asked the other employee which one belonged to me. The employees replied, the smaller one because she’s a stick. The fact that employees body shame the customers is truly sad and extremely inappropriate. It shows the poor standards that they are held to and the poor attitude they treat their customers with.

Found my prom dress within like 20 minutes. Such a great selection & good customer service & the prices were better than I thought! Definitely recommend

I look my sister in law to shop for her quince dress that my husband and I are gifting to her, when I asked if she could try ONE of them the girl there was like um uh do you have an appointment?, I told her no . I didn’t know you needed to have one and then she’s like well uh and then this guy jumped in saying oh yeah I don’t recommend you try dresses untill your closer to the date ?. He started saying that their styles change every 3 months when they had the EXACT quince dresses there was when my sister had hers 2 years ago . Pretty unfortunate since we had the cash to buy and my sister in law was 100% she wanted that one .

They were very helpful, we had 6 young ladies to outfit and they were extremely patient. We all know what a challenge 14 yr old young ladies can be, especially some that have never been formal shopping. We will be coming back next year!!! Thank-you Lady Secerts

I rented the hoop skirts for my girl, which they charged me 150.00 and they were total garbage. Falling apart.....now Im trying to return them and they say No you now own them! No where on receipt its say this! They should be giving me the $80 deposit backWe along with padrinos spent a grand amount of money thereDressBryndisHoop skirts- torn, hoops slipping off of seams!!RosaryPLUS costs for alterations that they had made it sound like it was included with purchase of the dress.Crown still in box had to beg them to exchange the crown after 3 different staff gave us the run around-They were very rude! The store is amazing and when I went in to look at quinceanera dresses they let me try one on even though I didnt have an appointment but later when I called to set up an appointment they wouldnt answer the phone or left me on hold for over 6 minutes and I still havent been able to book the appointmentUPDATEI was able to book an appointment and their service was amazing very kind,they let me try was many dresses as I wanted and they dont force you to buy a dress on the spot instead letting me take pictures to find out which dress I liked.So they are amazing 5 stars instead of 3

Many formal dresses to choose from. Womens sizes only go down to a size 4, although some of the dresses ran small. Others were too big for my daughter. Shes a size 1.

I came in to this store to find dresses for 6 of my damas for my quinceanera. The day I came in with an appointment and fitted my damas with the dresses I had chosen we all automatically put a deposit of $50 down for ALL the dresses. 2-3 weeks before my quince one by one my damas were coming in to get their dresses and pay what they owed before my party. As one of my girls went to get her dress the employee said there was only ONE dress left when THREE of my girls hadnt got their dresses yet. Let me say again that we had already put a deposit of $50 for all the dresses! They also mentioned that they had accidentally gave one of my other girls the wrong price that was too low and the next girl was going to have to pay for it or not get her dress. So at this point we are literally MISSING two dresses with less than 2 weeks from my quince and one of my girls and I have to go and make extra unnecessary trip to pay for a mistake they made and see whats going on with the missing dresses. When I go in to hopefully find the dresses they told me they had misplaced one in another stash and one of them had been forgotten to be ordered. So if I never came in to solve their mistake one of my girls would literally be dressless for my quince. They ended up ordering the dress there on the spot and said it would be ready to pick up the wednesday before my quince. As my girl goes in, it is STILL NOT there. They said it wouldnt be there until the next day and they have to ONCE AGAIN come back another day. Im having to deal with all this mess they have caused a few days before my quince! And overall of this they still had the nerve to give my mom attitude and blame the missing dresses on us maybe losing them or having bad communication with my girls. I am so extremely disappointed with this horribly unorganized service and will for sure not be ordering from them again.

This people are disrespectful, zero customer service satisfaction. If zero rate is an option I definitely do Big zero rate. 👎👎👎👎👎

My bffs dress tore the day she bought it, and mine tore in 3 spots short after. They messed up on my order twice and when I was first served it wasnt very kindly .

I went with my wife and my daughter to purchase a quinceañera dress and dress for my wife . My daughter ordered a quinceañera dress; her first experience was ok. After dress arrived and paid for; customer service failed, very unorganized had to go 3x for alterations because not all alterations were done. No phone call response to let us know dress was ready. My wife had to call and ask all the time for update on dress. When she called they said they would call to let her know update on dress, no calls. We just went to pick up dress as is. We had to take the dress else where for alterations and get it steamed!! Experience with my wife, she felt customer service was rude and did not assist with dresses. my wife did not purchase at this store because of bad and rude customer service.

Huge variety, but very expensive. They also provided decoration services for my event, but they decorated the way they wanted, not the way I instructed. The environment was also unfriendly, and no one was there to service my family for scheduled appointments. Many things went wrong with this place. I do not recommend this place at all.
