Don’t contact them if you don’t have a half day waiting time, I was waiting on machine 5 mins, and the lady picked up phone call and she hold me on the line 25 mins til I have to give up !!!!! Don’t waste your time there !!!!

Was told that due to covid they couldnt put new lenses in the sunglasses I bought from them last year. However customers can try on frames and then the frames are put back on the shelf for other people to try on and buy.

The doctor who works here is fantastic! I come here for the kind excellent service from her although the staff workig in the front are often times not pleasant. I still come here but the younger girl with long dark hair has had a bad attitude for over a year now. Affordable pricing on everything.

The worst experience one could have as a customer. Errors and abuses everywhere. The glasses arrived twice with the incorrect prescription and with the wrong Transitions option. The manager of the branch named Noell should be working in positions that does not require any contact with customer. Lack of education and common sense. A very bad experience.
