I originally left a bad review but would like to rescind it. These guys are amazing. They were low on staff due to the pandemic and the parts were on back order so it just took a little longer than usual. Thank you Jevon and Jerry for coming and fixing my window. Looking forward to enjoying the nice breeze all summer long!

I ordered my parts for my window in February and my window still hasn’t been fixed.

Jevon Crafts service representative for Glacier went out of his way (literally since we are on the Oregon coast), to repair and replace our windows. He also had to work around a business that is open everyday. I appreciated The professional care given to me from the time I first spoke to Mel Kelty regarding my issue with the Fleetwood exterior front door lock. The updates given by emails and text messages regarding the work that needed to be taken care of, The times scheduled,as well as Jevon Crafts had been assigned the work to be done.
