Wow! Inger was incredible at helping us create intentional, women owned business gift boxes for a cohort of 45 students residing throughout Oregon, SW Washington and California. Inger was fantastic! She put together special boxes for us to spread cheer to 60+ members of our staff. We wanted to send gift boxes to our employees during the shelter-in-place order, and really wanted it to be supporting local businesses, as well. With Love, From PDX went above and beyond to help make this happen. The customer service was fantastic, and Inger was in touch throughout the process of shipping over 120 boxes out, both locally (via courier) and nationwide. The treats she recommended for inclusion were delicious, attractively packaged, and felt really personal. We were able to customize boxes to address dietary restrictions for our employees, too. Everyone was delighted, and we will definitely be using them again.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift for the grandparents in Illinois on Tuesday, Nov 24th and order wasnt sent out until December 12 or 19th (conflicting messages on when it was actually sent out) but either way not sure why there was such a delay...and it still hasnt been delivered. Very disappointing, as I was really wanting to support local for all my gifts this year. On Dec 8th, I reached out to them to inquire why it hadnt shipped yet and their response was the label was created and we will ship shortly. :-(

Inger, the owner of the company is very Communicative and committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend trying a subscription service or browsing the website for a unique local gift.

Ive used this service twice. The first time I had a wonderful experience. The second time, I needed to cancel my order due to a change in an event. I was initially not given the option for a refund. Then, after asking for a refund, I was told I would only get 85% of the cost back. Basically, I was not refunded the shipping on an order that was never delivered. I will be using another service in the future.

My company receives the coffee box subscription each month and we are crazy for it! Its so fun to try out a different roaster each time. I reached out with a last minute request for a VIP welcome amenity and wanted something very specific...she was more than accommodating and introduced me to a new vendor that i am just in love with!
