Store was easy to find, clean, well staffed, and offered a nice selection of sale items. My problem was that the expensive one coat paint they sold me required 3 coats!

Bad parking, not enough inventory and just had a poor experience with the service. I was hung up on several times without an employee answering the phone. Eventually I was able to get put on hold to wait, I was happy to do. I will continue to shop at this store. Sherwin Williams is the only paint I use, this is not a review of their products.

Customer service was terrible. The rep was arrogant and unfriendly. We had a very easy ask, knew the color and name but the interaction was aggressive and treating us with disdain.

Incredible customer service! I will never go anywhere else for paint. The assistant manager Steve was so helpful, giving tips and advise as chose our paint color and supplies. It really felt like he went above and beyond to help us out.

This new location is clean and well staffed with very helpful people. The availability of stock confused me because they did not have enough in the store to fill my house project order.
