I have always loved Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Their old fashioned butter pecan has always been my favorite. So if youre looking for a cold sweet treat I definitely recommend visiting this establishment. Very friendly and services great.

My daughter wanted two different scoops but server who refused to give it a try and she stated that it wasnt enough for a scoop but there were plenty. Over all, they have been busy on 31st. Its great.

Ice cream was good. The server doesnt seem very happy but to be fair there was a large group of people blocking the door and letting their child run around the parking lot. She complained about making shakes. She was rude about Postmates delivery. I get that its very understaffed, I have seen a whole church come in for ice cream and she is alone and she works very fast, she is efficient and the ice cream is properly prepared.

The ice cream is great but I am terrified because the lady serving us is sick and coughing all over the place. She exudes poor customer service... at least to us she did. She didnt smile 1 time she almost had a scawell. She didnt speak to me at all. She was nice to the white people who came in after me. I tried to be friendly with her but it didnt work. So if she is here I wont be and advise you to beware. If you dont care if you have extra germs in your ice cream and a side of cold shoulder with it than ignore this. Please get more cheerful employees at an ice cream shop. My daughter had to have this as here 1st memorable visit to an icecream store.

The service was slow and enthusiastic. The smoothie was okay but definitely nothing better than the average smoothy.

Its hard not to love an ice cream shop. This one can be tricky to get in and out of if you dont know the area - just know that theres a 1 way street on either side of it, each on going the opposite way. The parking can be tight, but totally worth it. Ive always had smiles inside that are as warm as the ice cream is cold, so its well worth the driving hassle.

The people who work there are patient and friendly. Fun place to go buy a cone and try the flavors.

A large group of our friends visited Baskin tonight 110th Halsey, the server was fabulous, she was all alone but patiently served us! Great customer service!

Went in on Saturday, 9/7 and waited ten minutes while the two teenage girls both helped one customer. Terrible customer service. These girls were unprofessional and one was quite rude. Is there a reason two employees need to help one customer standing at the register?? I finally left and myself nor my family will ever go back.

Always friendly staff even when they have a line out the door. Its a small place, easy to miss it unless you know its there but delicious!

This Baskins Robbins was amazing. First off the parking lost is small in the front. So if you drive a big vehicle you may not be able to park in the front of the main entrance. But they have a back parking lot that is alot bigger. I called when I arrived because the parking lot was full. I talked to a very nice man that gave me the green light to park in the back. I get inside and everyone is happy and eating ice cream. The waiting line is pretty fast. Everyone works well together. They had plenty of staff to accommodate everyone!! I order one scoop of ice cream with 2 chocolate chip chunk cookies. OMG I should have went back but I had to stop myself from ordering more!! My day was made. Icecream in hand. What more could I have asked for!!! If it wasnt for the manager letting me park in the back i would have left. Thank you once again!! I highly recommend this Baskins Robbins!!

I would have thought that baskin would have moved into the 21st century and recycles plastic spoons, But apparently to the young girl who works there they do not. Quote (ITS JUST PLASTIC) NOT metal or anything we can wash and recycle. Oh my...

We just went today May 22 2018 like 20 minutes ago and there is really bad customer service. We always go there because it is closer to home but after today I don’t mind going far away from home, this lady with blond and long hair, I dont know her name. She had a really really bad attitude I dont know if shes racist or she is lazy but shes making sounds and rolling her eyes everytime when we asked for the icecreams, and she raised her eyebrows at us . I have a business too and I never treat my customers like that its the worst thing for bussines . For this lady “” if you dont like what you do or you dont like your work, then go find another job “””” PLEASE “”” dont ruin the happy time with the kids and family ! I hope the owner reads this like I do
