Got my boat moored there homeless camping around but really like my slip

A lot of theft. I had 2 kayaks stolen and my neighbor also had 2 kayaks stolen. The gate is always open, so people can wonder in anytime of the day. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone for assistance. I would give it a zero if that was an option. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else.
