We just upgraded to an amazing massage chair. It was wonderful to be able to test drive the chairs and find the one that best fits our needs. Best deals in the Northwest! I am satisfied with my Aireloom mattress and box set! The price was inexpensive and financing was a breeze. Best sleep since night one! Race and Andrew really made me feel at ease and had great, detailed answers to all of my questions. Amazing!!

We found a name brand queen mattress (not a firm either) for under $200 (no haggling required)! When we got back home with it, we got the wrong size and I didnt think we could return it for an exchange, but we were able to get the smaller size for no extra cost. The salesman Race is super-nice. Didnt pressure us into buying or push anything onto us. Very professional and a great experience. Highly recommended.

Bought a queen mattress and box spring set that was on sale for $350, but the model we tested in the store doesn’t even feel like the mattress we received. Granted we tested the twin size version in the store and we purchased a queen, but the mattress we got is springy and flimsy in most spots and feels very uncomfortable and cheap (even more than goodwills mattresses which are half the price) Huge letdown because the salesman was so sure we needed this specific one. Waste of money that I didn’t have to waste.

Andrew was exceptionally helpful. Wed been to two other stores and he found us a comparable mattress that felt amazeballs and we saved $500 over the other stores and that included the price of two additional pillows. Highly recommend this store!

If I could post no starts I would, unfortunately by seeing lots of positive comments these are the people that were blind! My experience and for the fist time and will be last time was so awful, This is a family owned business but they never say they are, to me I didnt care if they were or not, but they had to lie about it and not say so it really makes no sense. I met with one of the guys family owner and lied and said that he works for a company and he was a trainer as he wont return to this shop again, long story short, These people are a scam big time + liars and so rude. They tried scam me with $65 that it isnt a big deal to me but to them they go after a single dollar like dogs, bottom line I had a very bad experience with them, as they dont know how to respect their customers and treat them with honor, very rude people. Honestly dont shop there stay out, you will be safe, if you get in their web it is hard to get out because they will try anything to put you down and scam you, and you not knowing it, As it is not that easy to catch them scamming you, you have to be alert and smart to find it out and thats why there was some positive reviews because those people that posted them were definitely scammed with out knowing it!

Went to 5 different stores till I ended up here. Race, the salesman, was awesome. He was opposite of pushy and listened to me and suggested the perfect bed which wasnt the one I thought i wanted. I fell in love. Its a local family owned business which is always where I like to put my money.

The Sleep Speacialist were knowledgable about their products and took the time to educate me too. They listened to what i said and were happy and relaxed. I never felt rushed or pressured and am happy with my mattress.

I need a new bed really bad and I needed it quickly. I headed down to Mattress World and was helped by a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman. I explained the urgency of my situation and he asked me a few questions and asked what my budget was. He then gave me a few options and encouraged me to test the few beds that he had picked out that he thought would suit me. I again explained ot him that I needed this bed ASAP. Sure enough, he had it delivered the next day. BOOM. Next time you are in the JB store, find Luis and hell hook you up!
