My husband and I re first-time home owners and managed to do it debt free (thank you, Lord) and thank you, Mara Picco. Mara displayed the true heart of customer service throughout the process. She freely availed herself for questions, suggestions, and support. Even though Mara knew she may not get the commission, that was not the motivating factor to help us. Service is sometimes used loosely in someones title. How often have we called a customer service line and felt like we were blown off, put off, or simply handled in an ungracious manner? Not the case with Mara! She immediately responded to text questions and recommendations. What a gal! Once we get settled in, we want to have her over for dinner. Im sure her clients love her. We happened upon her wonderfulness to see a triple-wide that needed some help, but boy we learned so much from this woman. I see the word service appears in the name of Commonwealth.
