The agent we met was fine until we got to the property site. Once she figured we werent going to put $30,000 down on a $76,000 mfg home, she tried to move us to much less expensive units. One was in Fairview & we told her we werent interested in that area. After the 4th time she tried, I told her if she mentioned it again, Id punch her! The reviews on the internet are correct, these people dont care. We got approved by another lender with only $5,000 down & chose something else

I look to see if there is a place I can afford. Its difficult when your 58 and on ssi to even find something. I am a widow so its just me. For others in my situation could live in some of these and afford it.

As a seller they were ok. I was honest enough to return a 17 hundred dollar error they made in my favor. When I came back as a buyer they couldnt be bothered

Avoid these people like the plague! Never have I met more dishonest immoral human beings. They will lie straight to you face steal your money. Becky is a predatory thief, who relentlessly responded to my craigslist add to sell our manufactured home. Its been a little over 2 years and if someone out there has a recommendation for help taking legal action against them it would be greatly appreciated. They broke theyre own contract and I have the paperwork to prove it. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EVEN TRY AND SWINDLE YOU!

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to contact me again after I filled out their online pre-qualification. No calls or contact to me yet. I guess Ill have to find someplace else to help me with a loan. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and kind tho.

Horrible communication. Worst place Ive ever been to. Agent named Helen Coppage, is the worst agent you can ever work with. Woman who has no communicational skills or knows how to work with people. Not even sure why she decided to be an agent in the first place if she hates people so much. Very poor manners, no interest in what she does and if you do work with her shell take forever to get back to you with any questions you have for her! I would say choose a different place to help you because it is a waste of time with this one!

Helen has horrible communication skills. Never gets back to you. And unrealistic expectations, they expected $130k cash.
