They were extremely friendly and helpful. Could not be any happier with this business. They did what they said they were going to do and in the time that they said they were going to do it, for the price they said they were going to do it for . They did a Dyno tune on my Harley that I thought ran pretty good and just wanted to make it as good as it could be. However I was not expecting it to be as big of an improvement as it was. It runs amazingly thank you.

I took my Yamaha SR400 in for the 600 mile service and then my husband and I decided to put some lights on the back of the motorcycle. Since I am new to motorcycles, the advice Chris and Deana gave us was very good! They recommended heated hand grips and informed us on the benefits of front shocks. We had many requests and then many changes of various accessories, and Chris and Deana were very helpful, with lots of patience with us and our many, many questions and changes. The work performed was very good, with attention to detail. No wires show, the new Power Commander was programmed and tucked neatly under the seat with easy access for us. Really high quality work. I really recommend taking your motorcycle to Cycletune....you wont be disappointed.

The work that comes out of this shop is great, the knowledge and experience is of the the highest I have seen. The one thing I didnt like is that the mechanic seemingly talked down to me when I was a humble and excited customer yet pretty much told me everything I said was right and he was right. In the end, a month later I got my bike back and paid over 1G for the work. Also would like me to come back in a few months for adjustments.Youll get quality work for a price. Also the Tattooed guy doesnt say anything and just stares a lot.

Short version: Reasonable price, good work. Not very professional though.Long Version: He criticized my bike for being dirty, the price they quoted me once I was there was 33% above what they quoted me over the phone (but then when he actually did the work it didnt take as long as he thought so they were back down to pretty much the same price I was originally quoted).Would rate five stars for the quality of work and honesty (how many mechanics will only charge you for the time they worked vs. the time they quoted?) but only one star for professionalism and customer interaction.

Work is done right, cheaper than the dealer and in a reasonable time frame. If youre looking to be buddies with the guys in your local bike shop look somewhere else, but Im fine with that. Theyve always treated me with respect, regardless of the dumb questions Ive thrown at them. I personally prefer to discuss things over email as it gives them time to look into the issue and come back with a fix and a price. Never once been overcharged or charged more than the quote. If your bike needs something that wasnt quoted, they always call before they start that work so you dont get hit with surprises. Would highly recommend. They also do classes every couple months on racing stuff which is pretty cool.

I went to this shop and asked them if they could replace a clutch cable. The guy said it would depend on the bike, also if I had my own clutch cable, upon telling him a very common bike model he said he wasnt too sure and sort of just had this blank stare. Being new in town, I didnt know where to take my bike to have a rear tire replaced. This shop had good reviews, so I figured it was a safe bet. They didnt have the tire I needed, so they had to order it from the east coast, which took several days. I was getting kind of stressed, because it was the last day before my ride and they were still not sure if the tire would arrive. At 3pm the day before my ride, they told me I could pick it up. When I got there, I thought the bike looked cleaner than I remembered...after replacing the tire and lubing/adjusting the chain, they had wiped it down and it looked almost new. When I went to pay, Kevin gave me a discount for being patient. These guys are true professionals and they have a new customer.

I have taken my klr650 to cycle tune several time. Most recently I had them replace my bikes triple clamp and handlebar. I picked up the bike and things seemed ok other than the fact that all my controls were so loose they could be moved by hand. They told me this was so I could align them how I wanted and they would only require a bit of hand tightening to bring to full torque. I did this and went to ride my bike and found that the whole triple clamp assembly could also be moved by hand and was not tightened at all. At the time of this review I had left cycle tune several voicemails asking them to look into this. I had not requested any free fix or anything of the sort. I just wanted to bring my bike back in to have it fixed properly. In any event, they have not returned or answered any of my calls over the past two weeks. Today I finally took the bike to a different shop. When I got there the mechanics first question after looking at the problem was if cycle tune had service that part of the bike. They said they have had several other bikes brought in with problems resulting from poor service from cycle tune. Thats my experience, but I will say in the past cycle tune has been nothing but honest and they hace be been great about helping me keep shop costs down. This time however they cost me quite a bit more than if they had done the work right. They could have cost me my life with the work they did.
