13 wrecked customer bikes.7 mechanical issue bikes.3 electrical nightmare bikesAn me looking for a tire at the end of the day at the end of season.Bet if it was an actual emergency Id left with something that day..Got a battery too. They are an excellent outfit and I will continue to be a patron.Very competitive prices.
Customer service here was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They were very upfront about repair costs and length of time needed. They didnt make promises and then later fall short. I highly recommend them for any bike repairs you may need.
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER REPLY: I was very clear about where the drive belt is on my motorcycle. I said if you’re looking at the front of the bike, the drive is on the left. This information was ignored. You also asked what year and make my bike was, so you very easily could have double checked this information. I would think a small business like yours would value trustworthiness and honesty, however, your true value was shown and I am sharing my experience and warning others of what treatment and I professionalism they can expect to receive here.Do not go here. They will mess up, and they will charge you extra for it. They mounted my tire backwards, blamed it on me, I waited another day, and came back to find an extra charge when I came to pick my tire up. I expressed my frustration with this and they continued to argue with me instead of fixing the problem they caused. FIND ANOTHER SHOP TO DO YOUR WORK.
Sadly this is the first shop in a 13,000 mile journey across this country that refused to help me out by letting me solve a serious issue with my bike, only needing from them a place to safely drain oil and not hurt the environment. I even offered to buy new oil and pay for the time.Sadly this place doesn’t seem to have much a human-to-human spirit any longer and if you come in, you will be just business to them. It seems like they do great work - but that is where it stops.
I went there for parts and advice and got both very well informed would definitely do business with them in the future
First time customer here. Just came in for tires since it was very convenient to have a one-stop shop, if a bit pricey. My tech (RH?) seemed great, however while I can recognize its a shop one of the guys really didnt seem like they gave a damn. Overall a good experience, one fairly underwhelming interaction aside.
Got my bike running and service was great
Super nice people would highly recommend and above all else honest and friendly
Fabulous! The staff were all personable, forth right, and patient. I had my motorcycle towed there for a tire fix, which they addressed same day, and also changed my oil. As a rookie rider, they made sure to explain things and acknowledged that I understood the mechanics and logic behind their work. The prices were reasonable and I was very happy to support their shop. I’ve always heard the best things about Viscous Cycles and was so happy they lived up to their reputation. Bonus, Jack the Show Room / Trophy dog was thee most wonderful company while I waited for the work to be done. Don’t listen to the haters, take your motorcycles to these guys, I certainly will be back.
I like this company and I have 2 CBR1000RRs and this is the only place I take my bike too and have for years. Theyre very honest about what needs to be done or not done to your bike. One of my bikes was stolen, then recovered and taken to the Honda shop, they told me I needed a new clutch and something else and said it was gonna be over $1000. I took it to Vicious Cycle, they said the clutch only needed to be bled, 2 years later its still going strong. Asked them about getting a rune up, they said I didnt need one unless I wanted to waste my money. Very honest people like I said and theyre not out to get your money for nothing. They do real good work and never had to go back for something they fixed. I highly and strongly recommend Vicious Cycle to my friends, family,, and anybody else. Guarantee that. 👍🏾
The guy behind the counter seemed overly worried about me being in the store. Not sure if its because they deal crack or of Covid 🤷But fear not. They are honest people.
When I dropped my bike off I told them it needed some stuff done to it and also needed them to figure out the wiring issue, they took my bike apart fixed the wires then put it back together told me it was done but didnt fix the stuff I told them too when I dropped it off then charged me a ton in labor to take my bike back apart and fix it properly. Never taking my bike back here again. What a joke
This place caters to the rider and the motorcyclist in a way that restores ones confidence in his or her motorcycle.
The guys in there are all right they dont want to fix my bike unless it was newer. Can I stuck on themselves Personal opinion. One guy kept saying is yet want to mess with that there wasnt worth it So I want to different shop. Cost me a little less but I didnt get the attitude.
Vicious Cycles is very professional very knowledgeable and very honest on restoring vintage motorcycles. You want it done, they will do it.
Honest work. Been a customer 20+ yrs
You can tell by the 1 star reviews and the owners responses that it’s just an unprofessional/bad place to go to. Take your bikes somewhere else!
Pure awesomeness. And seeing Jack the shop dog is always a highlight!
Great people and great service.Would recommend! 😎
Friendly, experienced people.
Friendly, knowledgeable, on time service. Estimate was damn near spot on. Fair and reasonable prices. Friendly shop dog named Jack who kept me company while I waited for completion. Will be returning for future work.
I have taken my friends motorcycle in before to have tires put on, so I figured I would get my tires put on by them. I took my wheels off and brought them in since it is cheaper then having them take them off. I brought in my own tires. Now granted I bought them used but before buying them I looked at the tires to make sure they where good. They had about 90% left on them and they where in very good condition. So I brought my wheels and tires in and the first thing they said was they are very dirty and will charge more. Really what tire shop would say that.So after a few hours I got a phone call saying my tires are done. I picked them up, got home and the front tire had a slice in it and was flat. After calling them and talking about buying a new tire from them. I asked why they did not call me and tell me it had a slice and leaked air. They said they would not have me leave with them like that. When I took the tire back in and was going to buy a new tire from them. I asked if they would put it on free of charge since I just paid $30 to have them put the tire on. Since there was a slice in the side of the tire and No one said anything. I thought that would be the right thing to do. The guy at the front counter said he had to ask the guy in the back if he would do that.NOPE GOT TO CHARGE YOU $30 AGAIN. Why would you put a tire on and not check to see if it leaks?????I said fine will dispute with my bankHahaha got my $30 back so F UGO TO CYCLE GEAR TO HAVE TIRES PUT ON$25 a tire and great service
Joe and crew have restored life into two of my vintage bikes: 1975 Yamaha RD350B and 1973 Honda CB350F...great work, recommended!
I was present when the reviewer below with the fork question entered the business. The fellow walked in, motorcycle fork in hand, and requested to talk to a mechanic, no niceties, just a matter-of-fact request. Apparently he had a question about possible missing parts. I thought the gal at the counter (the owners wife) handled it just as youd expect. She told him, simply, that the mechanics were busy, and that she couldnt pull one off a job to answer questions. But the guy wasnt taking no for an answer, and milled around awhile, while the owner handled business with an actual customer. When the owner was free, the guy went over and made the same matter-of-fact request, like the mechanics were waiting on-call for him, and hed now arrived. Not surprisingly, the owner said hed happy to look at it, but the shop charged a minimum rate, and it would be awhile--like every other shop in town thats busy on a Friday afternoon. The guy was obviously upset he couldnt get free DIY advice from someone who has probably spent decades acquiring the professional knowledge he uses to run a business and earn a living. The guy argued for a minute about how it was only going to take a minute to look at it, etc., etc., basically wasting more and more of the owners time hoping that his incessant nagging would get him what he wanted. He finally left, but decided halfway out the door to yell something about the shop being just about the money, and promised to leave bad reviews on every forum. Well, chief, guess what, people trade time and knowledge for money in this world, thats how most people get to eat. My feeling was almost from the get go that the guy felt *entitled* to free advice from the moment he walked in the door. I think the shop handled it professionally and as kindly as they could under the circumstances. The guy returned several times to yell a f.. you all through the entry door, and was obviously hoping to raise the level of confrontation. Basically throwing a tantrum like a spoiled, entitled, 20 something year old child. It was a pathetic thing to witness, frankly. But, again, I applaud the restraint and professionalism the staff of the shop maintained under the circumstances.Ill add that the shop installed balanced the tire on my front rim, same day, for $30, which is amazing in this town, especially on a Friday afternoon. Theyll get all my business from here on, no question.
Completed the job in a timely manner. Good customer service. Fair prices. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return in the future.
I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly the entire time they had my bike. They cleaned the carb and changed the clutch. It runs like a brand new bike. They did an amazing job. They stayed right around the price they quoted and charged much less than other shops. The carb cleaning alone was half the price of some other quotes I got. Its almost like I got a carb clean and a free clutch going with them instead of other shops. Hopefully I dont ever need to come back but I wouldnt hesitate letting them work on it again. Thanks for all you guys did!
Had a flat rear tire. They plugged it and I was on the road the next day. Reasonable rates and prices. Good counter service.
I went to ask a question about my front fork to see what I was missing, I wanted to try and get advice and if I didn’t have the piece allow them to fix it. They said they are not doing or saying anything until I pay them. Don’t waste their time, then get the f out. All I can say is, I don’t know what this world has come to.
Very friendly thorough and helpful staff. Fair pricing for services rendered. The service performed on my motorcycle was thorough and very quick! I only thought it a little odd that I had to put money down for parts that were being installed on a $15,000 motorcycle I was leaving in their care before the services were performed. However the overall experience was good and I will certainly use their services again in the future.
The only place I trust with my bikes
Not a good experience, sorry guys. Way to expensive, took several weeks, and now I have to pull my carbs back apart myself. (None if this sounds like the recommendations that I heard about Vicious). Be careful if youre not a vintage bike hobbyist looking to invest lots into your bike. I paid a $650+ bill for an oil change and carb clean (1982 Yamaha xs650). My bike was in the shop for a week before I heard from them. I put down a $400 deposit to start work - which is what this whole job should cost barring any potential issues. After waiting two weeks with no word, I called to ask the status and they said they had just then pulled the carbs. A couple days later it was done, so I drove it home (8 miles) and immediately had a stuck float / flooded bowl. I called and went back to the shop and the mechanic said Id have to start paying at the new $120/hr rate to even have them look at it again. My bike has been running fine for years and never before had problems before the carbs were pulled at Vicious. I only did the carb clean after a maintenance discussion with and at their suggestion. Ill be working on it myself with beers in the backyard this summer.
Love it.All the people are super friendly. Need a tire right away, they got your back like sweat. 👍
Joe and crew did me right. Frustrated with the mechanicals / electricals on a custom build someone else did, these guys got the bike sorted and back on the road! These guys are clear communicators and like a good Doctor, they give it to you straight. this is where we are, this is what we can do, and this is the time frame we need to get it done right I like that and so should you. I also found they were very honest in not doing more work than was discussed ...almost a fault! which I am sure they learned the hard way with difficult (read cheap) customers. I would have zero concerns leaving any bike with this group and simply saying get it done,Youll be treated fair and they will back their work. Thanks guys for getting me back enjoying the bike, youve earned yourself a customer.
Clutch!Rochelle had no problem digging through old stock to find the parts no one else had time to find
When we went it looked to be out of business or just closed but the door was locked
Great service, friendly people. They did the job (mount and balance 2 tires off the bike) immediately, all other shops were days out. Even though I told the other shops I was on the road. These folks are great. I highly recommend. 👍
I brought my finaces gsxr 1000 there which starts and just has a tick sound like a chain tensioner and ive had nothing but problems with them. They spent about 2 minutes on it and decided they didnt want to work on it. Then told me they would and collected 350.00 dollars for a deposit. Then called me 10 minutes later saying they dont want to because its going to take to much time even though I am the person paying them to fix it. This is my 3rd time using them and have had nothing but issues. Dont waste your time. These people wasted a month of my time when I could have taken it somewhere that isnt going to pass something up because it wasnt easy for them. Moneys money. Very unprofessional
I brought my 2006 Yamaha Silverado in for a simple front & rear tire change. I was quoted $60 for the front & maybe around $75 for the back. I was there at opening 10AM. First customer of the day as I was told 1st come 1st served. The doors were opened at 10:30. No biggie. After 3 1/2 hours a mechanic (not wearing a face mask) came out & told me the rear tire was $150.00. I stated that Id do it myself and asked if the front was done Id pay for that as I dont have a way to balance it after installed but forget the back. I was informed that they had already done the back but the front wasnt done yet?? The reason the back cost so much was because he had to remove the soft leather saddle bags. I stated that Id changed the back tire on my 2001 Yamaha (basically same bike and actually same bags as Id exchanged them recently myself) and never had to remove the bags. I went ahead and had the front tire changed anyway cause I was already there & still had no way to balance them myself. They state that they can be no nonsense/straight forward in their approach to customers. Another man came out & told the mechanic to get back inside and back to work and then told me if I didnt like the price than take it elsewhere while adding a few choice cuss words in there. After almost 5 hours bike was finally done but I now have 3 new small dents in the front fender & several new scratches in the black paint. The bike had recently been detailed by me as it is a new bike for me. When I tried to discuss this with the mechanic the same man from earlier again came out, told the mechanic to shut up and get inside and proceeded to cuss me out & told me to get my piece of s@#! off the property & never come back. My advice if this post doesnt get deleted is to get a written quote if you still want to take your bike to a shop that is going to be rude & extremely disrespectful. Being straight forward and blunt is one thing but this guy is just a mean and ugly person. The company is also not part of the Better Business Bureau and no one working there wore a face mask when dealing with the customer. I will tell everybody that I know weather they ride or not about this horrible company. If you research this company results on Yelp, Facebook, etc. youll see every negative post that this company responds to will all say its the customers fault. Not once have they accepted responsibility for an issue just as Im sure they are going to do to this post. BEWARE!!! Also, just notice what appears to be a screwdriver cut in the chrome strip across the windshield.
Not very many places where you can buy tires and have them installed at one stop.A one stop shop. The sales lady even let me slide on $8.00 after spending over 400
Pre Madonna bike shop. Only looking for easy fixes that most can do themselves
I order a part for my Harley, they were considerably less $$ for the exact same thing the Harley Davidson shop would have sold me, but without all the arrogance the HD shop ppl have. They were extremely patient with me. I had several questions without the technical verbiage, however, they understood and were right on it. Very professional. I will defiantly be doing business with them again.Vicious Cycle, Thank you for helping me keep Rolling !!
Great Place !
Bought my motorcycle here. Thank you
They quoted the same job as Lamphere Beaverton Honda Yamaha same parts by a certified Tech for almost $900 LESS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Great service. I brought the parts for a new rear tire and sprockets/chain to be replaced but only had a couple days before my bike trip. These guys took in my triumph and got it all done for me. Thanks!
Amazing Staff and great service! I brought my tires and rims to get mounted on and it was late in the day. I expected them to tell me it wont be done till next day, but to my surprise they did it right then and there! Super friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Great Prices on service done and are honest and up front. Cant beat that!
Sadly I just spoke with the service department of this establishment and was amazed at how disrespectful this gentleman was. The economy is currently in shambles and one would expect a small business to be a little more interested in a high dollar repair. Its disappointing to see that not only is my money not welcome here, the gentleman and receptionist lady lack decency; which is simply horrifying in the moment that we find ourselves in.Thankfully, the free market corrects for establishments who lack decency; Im certain I will find a repair shop who has a basic understanding of respect. I genuinely hope theyve learned a valuable lesson, and will come to understand that respect goes a long way. SAD!EDIT (in regards to your reply):Im amazed and disappointed you would chose to disparage my character by suggesting I didnt respect you during our call. I called to request a full engine rebuild on my bike (which likely would have amounted to thousands of dollars worth of work), and this wasnt respectful? If so, I apologize, and genuinely hope youll be able to recover.
These guys are great!Honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
I took my bike to this shop to get a fuel leak fixed. After $120 diagnostic fee they found the leak exactly where I said it was. They then had a list of other repairs that I needed. I refuse those other repairs and just wanted the fuel leak fixed. They literally would not fix the leak unless I bought all the recommended repairs. Fix it all or fix nothing was the choice I was given. I obviously chose to tow my bike to another mechanic and couldnt get it out of there fast enough. Ive never experienced anyone so unprofessional. Im happy to say I got it to another shop who are fixing the leak I want fixed at a fraction of the cost. Do not bring your bike here. The other one star reviews are true. Its like going to the grocery store to buy bread but they wont sell you the bread unless you buy meat and cheese also.
Not really wanting to working on older enduros. The guy said he didnt really want to work on it. That it would cost as much as the bike. The guys in there are cocky.
I like this shop. Ive only had tires changed, so far, but they do what they say, its pretty decent pricing, and been pretty quick service.Oh yeah, dont be a D! Pet the pupper!UPDATE: 3-25-21Just had third tire change. Bike hasnt needed any other services.Dropped bike off and went home, cuz thats what you do. I got a call from the mech, telling me your rear brakes are pretty muck metal on metal. The guy probably saved my life...I completely spaced the fact I needed to change my rear brakes this year. Probably wouldve killed myself this summer.....
Brought an old wheel in for a tire mount.. The wheel was noticeably bent once the new tire was on. They admitted they saw the wheel was bent but “forgot” to tell me. Why would anyone pay to get a tire onto a bent rim..? Offered to get me a new wheel for $400 dollars.
Got new tires here last season. Service was quick and there was clear communication. Way better than a previous shop I had service done at. Ill definitely be returning, thank you!
Ive known them sence 98 off Lombard Street! Good people, good shop.
While many other shops were 3+ days out for a simple tire change, including H-D dealers, Vicious Cycles said they would be able to do a same day service. To my surprise, they called 45 minutes later saying the work was complete. Nice clean shop with some amazing vintage bikes, courteous and up front staff with no surprise fees. Will definitely be a return customer.
Good customer service, calls back were very appreciated.
The guys were super awesome and helpful.
I purchased some tires from a nearby retailer and they recommended Vicious Cycles to install the tires.I was greeted by Brian and he helped me in with the tires and wheels. It took less than 30 minutes for the install.During my wait I was able to make friends with JACK the shop dog while relaxing on their sofa in the waiting area.Their shop is a great place to look at some of their vintage bikes and chat with real riders with no attitude or bias.I will use them again even though their shop is over 50 miles from my home in Longview.
Loved everything about my experience (oil change on small scooter). They are close to my home, very friendly, not condescending, seem super knowledgeable, did the job way faster than they estimated, have wifi so I could work while waiting, fees/charges are very reasonable, and I got bonus snuggles from Jack the shop dog.
Good experience. I have an older 83 Suzuki GR650, I called five shops before I found these guys. They were the only ones willing to work on it (and were recommended by the other shops). They got me in quickly for oil, safety check, chain adjustment. Price was right, communications were great, and they were friendly on drop-off and pick-up. Ill be back.
Nice shop and very laid back crew. Everyone is pretty chill which I like, if you are looking for someone to bounce up and down in glee when you walk through the door... probably not the place.Solid advice, good prices, and from what I hear from many folks...quality mechanical work.
In a jam to get my tire replaced after Labor Day weekend. Every shop in town said they couldnt do it or it would take 3-7 days. These guys got it done ASAP for me and I truly appreciate their extra efforts. Would recommend to a friend in a heart beat. +Bonus to the shop for having a bunch of cool manuals and old bikes/race paraphernalia to check out while you wait!
Today was my first experience with these wonderful people and I am extremely happy with their service. Awesome shop, and Im really glad I went in.They mounted and balanced a tire for me in less than 2 hours at a very reasonable price. after my last experience with a different shop using balancing slime (Id highly suggest not using it. Like, ever. I didnt know it even existed, and it shouldnt. ), Im very happy these guys use wheel weights, and if anyone from the shop is reading this please rest assured that your balance was spot on with only standard shift me head shake when accelerating from 0-120mph at the race track (1/4 @ 11.23) of course, I mean the speed limit is 55mph jeez. Thanks again, Ill definitely return.
Always there for you. Friendly and super knowledgeable people. My go to for fastest and professional tire change as well. They always try to match weight color to your wheels.
This place should be shut down. I bought a stolen motorcycle from them. No joke. Not only that, but the bike I brought in there for a estimate, they charged me something like 150 bucks to tell me what i already knew and then stole my bike from me. I know it, they know it and everyone should know it. This is the only Google review I have ever done and its only to warn the public about this place.
From a customer service standpoint, Vicious Cycle in Portland is a world-class disappointment. If youre looking for an independent shop that will value your business, appreciate your decision to support them and provide you quality service at a reasonable price, Vicious Cycle is *not* the place for you.On the other hand, if youre interested in paying through the nose, your bike taking three times longer than promised, and hearing excuses with attitude from Rochelle (the manager) and Joe (her husband, the mechanic) about how the delays are due to her being overworked, it being the busiest time of year and Joes racing taking priority over getting your bike completed, then this is just your sort of place. Its the perfect shop for people who dont even expect a courtesy heads-up call when their bike is delayed...if youre curious about its status, after weeks of not hearing anything, youll have to call them.Ive been riding motorcycles and hiring mechanics for more than 25 years, from Colorado and San Francisco to New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Mexico and the Caribbean. I was a motorcycle messenger in San Francisco, and Ive worked in an automotive shop myself. When I sold my previous motorcycle, it had over 130,000 miles on the clock and ran perfectly (it had 30k when I bought it). In short, I know motorcycles, understand mechanics workloads, and am generally a pretty forgiving customer. So if a mechanic doesnt call me for two weeks, after telling me my bike will be ready in a week, then finally reports, when *I* graciously call them to check on its status, that theyve done $60 worth of work to determine it needs what *I said it needed* when I brought it in, you can bet theyre off to a bad start. But thats not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is being told, after paying the bill that amounts to 2.5 times the original estimate, Our phone number is right there on your work order for you to call if you had any questions.I *did* call, Joe. Both times. But rest assured: Ill never call again.Rochelle and Joe will take your money, but they certainly will not earn your business.Dont bother with the indignation; spend your hard-earned money with someone who treats their customers with common courtesy, humble respect and expresses appreciation for choosing to support their business.
My previous mechanic closed up shop. Brought my FJR in for a new front tire and had a great experience. Theyre closer to my house with a comfortable showroom to wait if youre having a pretty quick service. I will return.
Excellent fast tire service in just hours.
Only shop within 50 miles that could set me up and get me back on the dirt within THE DAY! Awesome place.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah your estimate was bullshit, it took you supposedly an hour to tell me what the tow guy was able to tell me in 5 minutes. Your communication skills are crap. You email me one time and I was there the next day. by your ratings Im not the only one that feels your shop has crap service.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! They will rip you off and overcharge you for everything they can at the last minute, and if you dont pay they keep your bike. In my opinion they should be arrested and shut down. I also find it very funny that they keep a BASEBALL BAT by the front desk. Its definitely a huge sign Im not the only one having problems with them.
Got turned away. The guy was extremely unprofessional.
Family style small motorcycle and apparel store and large shop. Last I was there!.. there were like 25 bikes to service. Wow a popular place. All kinda of service available.
Great crew that works here. I always feel taken care of when I bring my bike along.
How to get a paddle put on are dirt bike. Originally called another shop that said that they can do it but when I brought it in they looked at me like I was crazy and could not help me. Vicious cycle was not far from this other shop so I took my chances and went there with no appointment and without calling ahead. They were so helpful and changing the tire was no problem. They even offered to do it in the same day. Very friendly staff and price was very reasonable! From now on this is my preferred dirt bike shop.
Clear scope of work and competent mechanics. I have a 1972 CB750Four that is in showroom condition that they have done excellent work repairing. I trust them to be up front with costs and get it done when they say it will be.
Always a help!
Awesome staff that have good knowledge and experience with the bikes also are willing to share helpful tips and tricks. Had my Bandit sorted in no time and I was back on the road. Thank you very much.
Hey just quoted me a price for a simple tore change.... Came back and the price had doubled due to a cleaning fee of $20.... And then saying my heavy duty was bad because t was dirty. I asked if it was flat and they just say .... Well we usually replace tubes. But they didnt even put a new heavy duty tube in there. Pretty much theyll lie just to get it work in... Dont ever go here.
Honest and knows what hes doing. was only charged 1.5 hours and inspected the entire bike and made repairs. Very knowledgeable. If you have a classic bike, this is the place to go.
Not sure what these 1 star reviews are all about. Vicious has always been real good to me and are way more affordable than most shops Ive been to. Every shop has their specialties but these guys have a broad skill set. Ive brought my vintage Honda there, a naked GL1000 which is a bike a lot of shops wont touch but they did with no issue. These days its my Triumph Speed Triple that they service and have proven to do solid work on that too. They have a cool shop as well now on Division. Nice digs.
Im a phone customer from San Francisco. Ive never been to the store, never met the folks in person, and I only call every other year. But when I do, before I say my surname, they know who I am --like, they really do!--, ask how Ive been, know my shipping address, the full monty. Hot dang! United Airlines ought to poach one or two folk from Vicious Cycle. Lol. Seriously, first-class customer service. And no tax or shipping. Im definitely coming back.
After being too many shops this one is the most comfortable and helpful
Owner very knowledgeable and helpful fixed my bent shift lever for free 5 mins before they closed and was actually waiting on me to get there cause I called first ....fixed it and said have a good day
It took about 5 minutes on the phone to decide Im not taking my bike to these guys. Rude and unprofessional dont even begin to describe this place.
Rude rep on the phone. Made random excuses why not to work on my bike saying it was 2 years older than what they want to work on right now. Hung up on me when I asked for any other shops in the area who might work on my bike. I brought my bike in last year and they made excuses then too. Saying it would be a 3 month wait for work. This time they said they might work on it in the winter. What a shame when Im only trying to preserve a classic.
Great place if you have a motorcycle this is the place to go
Had mechanical problems while on a long trip. The dealership in Beaverton wouldnt touch it for two weeks. Vicious Cycle had me on the road in less than two hours. Courteous and laid back, no problem with me watching them work on my bike.
Awesome. Work done in the time estimated. Done right.
These guys are great. They have some really cool bikes here but their service is impeccable.
Very friendly staff, I called to ask about an issue they normally do not deal with, but the staff was still helpful and friendly in trying to help me solve my issue. Would recommend doing business with them, they have a very honest vibe.
Did excellent work on my Honda Rebel. Jim went above and beyond my expectations, and my bike has never run better. And theyve always called me back when Ive been looking for parts.
WORST place ive ever shopped at. Horrible customer service. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Paid over $300 for them to repair my bike, they said it was all fixed, less than one day later same problem. The guy behind the desk doesnt acknowledge you, and the lady will look at you with her big stupid eyes just staring at you and will say WHAT or just stare at you like why are you here. Its so close to my house, I tried again and got the exact same experience.
If there was a lower rating than 1 dtar i would give it. They messed my bike up, and would not admit they were at fault. I will never go back here, and i recommend no one goes here. I know people make mistakes, but owning them is also part of business.
They refused to work on my “Chinese bike” even though it’s Japanese! They are so unprofessional and rude, also they did try and overcharge me on basic stuff like trying to remove a stripped bolt... do not go here!
Great & fast service on tire replacement
Joes not a bad guy. They dont work on harleys
Had a flat tire on my GSXR-600, called at the end of the day, and they had a new tire on the bike within an hour. Great staff, cool vibe. Planning on more work on my bike with them.
They flat out lied to me about timing and nickel and dimed me over a simple tire mount and balance. Quoted one price, left paying more. (as always)Also just called them, and it took them exactly 4 minutes to find out that a part is not in stock.Needless to say, Im going to avoid them like fire so I dont get burned.
