They always do great body work and have lifetime on the paint they use and use oem parts

I used this shop because they could get my car “in today”. Over seven weeks later, I still don’t have my car. I was told ten days in that they couldn’t get it into the shop because it wasn’t running, even though it was towed to the shop. The “service” person I spoke with failed to give any updates on progress, I had to call multiple times before finally getting ahold of anyone.It had to be taken to another shop over 50 miles away and sat for over three weeks before the mechanical issues were taken care of only after multiple calls to both shops and one call to my insurance company only to find out that everything had already been authorized by the insurance company.After advising them that I was trying to take it somewhere else to have it repaired, I was told that it would be ready the next afternoon. The lack of service manager I spoke with called me and said they were going to get it on Tuesday morning. My car was at the original shop before noon that day. Around 4:00 that afternoon I was told that it “needed cleaned up and would be ready sometime the ‘next’ day”. Did I mention that it was estimated to be a six day job? It’s been over seven weeks and two car payments later and I still don’t have my car.I would not recommend this “service” center to anyone. Absolutely horrible service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone backed into my drivers side door and crunched it up pretty badly. Glockner replaced the door, and did a great job matching the color (bright metallic green), which was a big deal for me. All of the people we worked with were very friendly. Great service all around!

My wife’s car was damaged. We took it to Glockner Body Shop and they handled everything from start to finish. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion as well as keeping us informed throughout the process.
