Scheduling my appointment was really easy. When I got there I was greeted by the awesome lady at the front desk, she took my information and showed my my price beforehand which I definitely appreciate. The got my car in super quick and took care of everything while also letting me know what’s going on with my car and kept everything honest. Plus my car is slammed SUPER LOW but they made sure to accommodate and still show quality care while some other shops lack that so I definitely appreciate them and everything they did 10/10 would go again 😁

Very quick service, great price, checked @ several different places including safelite (way overpriced) safelite was a joke just for a repair cost. Auto glass had the best price for repairs & total windshield replacement & i can see why that is, they dont mess around, they do their job & send you on your way. Very good service from the first call to the end. I had my windshield replaced due to the cost of repairs vs. replacement, I am recommending this Portsmouth location for all your windshield needs. First I noticed the windshield that was placed had a defect. Then I noticed that a medal frame piece had 2 big dents. When I returned immediately, I was told that the tech tried to hit a wasp and damaged my car but forgot to tell me. So now we are here to have the medal piece replaced and I am told that the piece they ordered is now damaged. How can a brand new piece you order, stored at your shop be damaged?I also noticed that a piece of the rubber where they replaced the new shield had came unglued. I was told that they could not do anything about that because it had to be due to wear and tear.I have not had a good experience with your company. The service was not what I expected or deserved. if I had to do it all over again I would chose another company who stands by the quality of their work.

So I had a broken (hole) in my quarter panel window on my car. I had an appt through Safelite and they no showed to my scheduled appointment with multiple excuses when I called. They ended the call with it’s not our problem we now have four minutes untold we close and cannot help you. I called geico back and they recommended Auto Glass Now. I did have to drive my vehicle to them BUT they were nothing but nice, helpful, professional AND the service was FAST! I highly recommend this company to anyone. The quality of there work was perfect as well. If I have any other future glass issues this is where I will be taking my vehicle and recommending to all my friends!

Safelite quoted me almost $400 for my windshield and I literally was ready to sale my 08 Honda. I was beyond over putting money into this car until I called Auto Glass and they priced me under $200, more than half of what safelite did 🙄 but anyways the staff was great! They were very efficient and replaced my windshield really fast. The receptionist explained that if had any problems to come back. I ended up coming back because of a stress crack. They immediately corrected the problem and there have been no issues since. That was about 2-3 years ago

My windshield was cracked on a Tuesday. I noticed it and called the insurance company. Guess what I dont have glass on my truck. Oops. Called Auto Glass Now on Thursday because Wednesday was a holiday and the crack had moved over 6 inches in two days. Called at 9am, had a new windshield by 1pm. Great customer service, friendly technicians. I hope I dont need another windshield BUT if I do, I will definitely go back to Auto Glass Now. Very Impressed!!!!

I gave them two stars because of their pricing--it simply cant be beat. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Made an appointment for them to come to my home and replace the windshield--dont like sitting around mechanics shop and dont have the time. They did not show. They called me wanting to know why I didnt show up to the shop--I explained I was waiting on them. They then attempted to claim I did not want an at home service--even though I specifically asked if they had an additional charge for coming to my home. In the end, they did not even attempt to make any amends for their error. I wasted all of one afternoon waiting and then took about 2 1/2 hours the next day to get it done. When I went in today, not even a simple apology. They got my money this time, but I assure you next time I will find someone else. Mistakes happen and I understand, but when they do dont put all the onus on the customer. They generated one sale and a great deal of ill will.

Great company! Great people! Side window fell down and I couldnt get it to go back-up. Concerned about weather, theft etc, I called various glass companies in area, but no one could take me in on short notice. Called Auto Glass Now and was told I could come it at 1:00 pm today. They had to replace the window regulator and now the window works perfect. Technicians were very professional and provided quality workmanship. Keyonna was very pleasant and ask me to inspect and test the window to ensure I was satisfied before paying. I would highly recommend this company for all auto window repairs.

I called to find out if Auto Glass Now could install my new rear view mirror. Kayla was very pleasant and gave me a time to bring my car in (same day). Upon arrival Kayla displayed Amazing customer service. I was then passed along to Jason (the tech who installed my mirror) and Wow talk about customer service. Jason explained what he did and gave detailed instructions on when and how to adjust my mirror. Jason and Kayla both surpassed my expectations. In a day and age when customer service is typically meh it is refreshing to be treated like a company wants your business and treats you like a real customer. I asked about the mobile service that is advertised online and they said that they are unable to offer it at this time. They said I would have to bring car in but I told them I am under doctors orders to stay home due to being high risk for covid pandemic. I asked when they would have mobile service available and they refused to offer a date and they refused me service unless I bring my car in which I cant do due to my disability. Im not in any hurry. I would have waited until they had mobile service available. I was refused service because my disability doesnt allow me to bring car in to shop.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Auto Glass Now exceeded all of my expectations. Aside from the fact that their prices are unbeatable (we literally paid half of what we were about to pay with another shop), what stood out the most is their customer service. Keyonna was kind and attentive and answered all of my questions...with a smile! But what really blew my mind was how the technician (I wish I remembered his name), went above the call of duty. Not only was his work quick and efficient, he even vacuumed my car out to remove all of the pieces of glass—-and I didn’t ask him to!!! OUTSTANDING customer service! If we ever need auto glass services done again, we will be back to Auto Glass Now. Don’t shop, schedule your appointment with them!

I made an appointment with Keyonna she was super friendly and professional. I went there the month of my inspection I had 2 large cracks in my windshield that every place wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. Auto glass now was quick, efficient, and the work was amazing. I would recommend this place.

I requested a quote for a chip repair and they responded within 24 hours with an email and phone call. Service was quick and I can barely see the chip! The price was very competitive and staff were professional and friendly.

The employees at the Portsmouth location are inept at dealing with any job more advanced than replacing a basic windshield. I needed my window regulator replaced and it took 5 trips to their shop to finally get it fixed. First trip - charged me $85 to diagnose the faulty regulator. I already knew the regulator was bad but i get that they’re running a business so I pay the unnecessary diagnostic bill and they order new one. Second trip - new regulator doesn’t fit. They order another one which is supposedly more expensive but they aren’t charging me any extra. Not that there’s any way of knowing because they don’t include material cost on their invoices. Third trip - the second new regulator won’t fit and say they will order another one. After not hearing from them for a few days I call and they say that they can make the second regulator work after-all with some wire splicing. Fourth trip - they still can’t make it work and decide to order a third new regulator. Fifth trip - they finally get the window to work but claim it required some wire splicing. I checked after their work and they used wire nuts to splice the wires, which should never be used on automotive electrical systems. I left my job early 5 separate times to get my window fixed and they still wouldn’t offer me a discount for my troubles, claiming they had already given me a discount on the new regulator. They made nothing but excuses and gave me the run around over and over again. Not to mention the staff was totally unprofessional on my multiple visits to their shop. Overall lazy and careless business. At least be good at the one thing your business advertises, which is repairing auto glass. Wouldn’t recommend.

They scheduled the appt the same day. My husband took the car they fixed it very quickly with no problems. They even billed the insurance for us so we only had to pay the deductible. Great job! Pofessional and a great receptionist.

I’m disappointed with the service I received. I had a broken window replaced. The technician was nice enough, but I have to question his competence. Shattered glass was left in the door (could have easily been vacuumed out) and tabs on my door card were broken (if it were removed properly, shouldn’t have happened). The tech was obviously in hurry. Good prices, but I’ll shop elsewhere next time I need glass.

Service was great. I was in and out. No problem with the windshield replacement at all. The only issue I had was when I came up to pay using credit card, there is apparently a 4 percent extra charge on top of the final price which was not stated when I signed the paperwork authorizing windshield replacement or when I called for a price quote. Very upset about it. Counter people need to notify their customers about imposing 4 percent surcharge if they use credit card so they are not surprise when they pay for the service. There is a little piece of paper stating about the surcharge on the counter, but they should at least mention it or point to the paper so there is no surprises.

Mediocre repair of a rock star in the windshield of a brand new car. Recommend you avoid this place and go to a repair only specialist. They care more. This place, however, is convenient and accommodatingUpdate- less than a year after the mediocre repair above, crack through the windshield.

Top knotch customer service! Keonna will make you feel like family. I forget his name, but the man with the long braids, he is everywhere, making sure that youre taken care of! Nice waiting room, clean bathrooms, television to watch, they were affiliates with my insurance company, good location, good parking, good work that is warranted. NEGATIVES: When I first asked, about how much it would be for a windshield replacement, they get your name, phone number, zip code, then they ask about the particulars about your vehicle.... By the time they tell you the price, theyve already have you ready for the job. I just wanted to know how much, then be able to say yes or no. I was going to wait,, but hed had everything ready for business..... This may not be a negative for some people, but I like to shop around before saying yes. BUT THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD and SO WAS MY EXPERIENCE!

I was a little skeptical at first, because everybody was saying go to Safelite. From the initial call to the drive away was great. The receptionist was really friendly and informative. I initially asked for a quote, which she was more than happy to provide without trying to pressure you to use their service. Once I got there for my appointment they got my vehicle into the garage fairly quickly. The gentleman that was doing the install was smooth and methodical like he had been doing it for years. The finished product looks amazing and the price was at least $100 cheaper than everywhere else I called (I even had a $25 coupon for Safelite that couldnt touch Auto Glass Now prices). They use a new adhesive that dries quickly and you can drive away in an hour, unlike the adhesives from the past that required at least 48 hours of sitting or very light driving. I arrived just before 2:00 and I was called at 3:30 that it was ready. The only negative that I would say (and its a very minor negative) is the establishment itself. Its in a perfect location, but it looks a little shady. In my eyes its a garage and its going to get dirty, but it could scare some people away and be a deal breaker. Thank you for the great service and I will recommend this place to anybody.

Got my car broken into at work and went to file through my insurance, but they wanted the cost of my deductible to fix it. Called the shop just before closing and while they werent able to send someone out to me the next day, they were able to get me an appointment at the shop first thing in the morning.I was in and out in under an hour, the staff was were all friendly and professional, and the price was honestly a relief after the other quotes I got. There was no pressure to schedule when I called and when I mentioned I was still shopping around and would call if I had to cancel, there werent any problems.I was also told that they would vacuum the glass out of my car but couldnt promise they would get everything, but the guy that installed the glass really did a fantastic job cleaning out the debris.While I hope I dont have to visit again any time soon, I know where to go if I need it!
