I have been scheduled for an oil change on 3 different occasions in which I was told from service department they will ensure the correct oil filter is ordered only to arrive and wait over 30 minutes to be told the parts were never ordered. Today I was also scheduled for a tire rotation that just did not happen. Really poor customer service

They allowed me to move my appointment due to difficult weather, and the mechanic even took-in my car at a difficult time on a Friday afternoon. There wasnt anything wrong with the vehicle, but my passenger seatbelt got wrapped around my headrest and locked-in place. Also, the sunglass holder came loose, so they had to re-screw it in and add lock-tight. The staff was really cool too.

I stopped in to test drive a vehicle and ended up driving it home 2 hours later. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I always have a good experience when visiting Glockner Chevrolet!

My suv had wire issues and was not drivable i took it in and they could not fix it the same day they lend my a loner till it did get fix and since it was still under warranty no charge at all to fix it. They even offer me free service next visit because they left a scanner tool in my vehicle and I brought it back. These guys will have your back

We recently purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali. Our salesman, Danny was amazing from start to finish. He worked hard to make the transaction as easy and quick as possible. While the Yukon ended up needing service unexpectedly immediately after we purchased it, the team at Glockner’s made sure to take care of us and provided us with a comparable suv to drive until ours was repaired. While the vehicle was being repaired, Bill in service was very informative and made a point to let us know what to expect. We now have our car back and couldn’t be happier. I know dealerships have a rocky reputation, but this isnt your average dealer, and these arent your average car people.I (and my father before me) have been dealing with Glockner since the 1970s, and they have always been up-front and fair.Ive purchased a few cars from them over the years and have had service done many times. Every time, I am treated fairly, and they take great pride in their work. For example, I just went today to get transponder keys cut for an Equinox. Most places will either force you to buy their own equipment for more than a hundred bucks, or they will flat out refuse to cut them (looking in your direction, Ace Hardware). Glockner only charged $25 for two keys. That sure beats $150-$200 other deals may charge.I really cant say enough good things about Glockner and all of their locations. Not only do they have great service, but they generously put their money back into the community.Portsmouth and the surrounding communities are definitely better off with Glockner around.Go ahead and shop around, but youll not find a better dealership. Period.

Went in for engine light issue on my 2012 Chevy Equinox and they also offered an oil change, which I accepted. Got my car back and was charged for an oil change, but the engine light was still on.Was told Id need to make an appointment to have it evaluated because they didnt know what was wrong with it.Made the appointment, but couldnt make it in because the day before my car decided not to start.Took it to Columbus where I knew there were competent mechanics and got it fixed.Ill never go back to Glockners.
