Buying my new car from Glockner was a great experience. The dealer, Jen, really listened to my wants and needs. Jen took the time to let me wonder the lot and to ask all the questions I wanted. I never felt pressured nor hurried. I also feel the finance guy really worked for me to get the best deal available.

Great service. Brought my car in for a diagnostic to see what was wrong. Ended up being under warranty still and said it would take an hour an half, took about an hour. Staff was super helpful and nice!

Baited and switched. Don’t count on them honoring the claim for Kelly Blue Book instant offer. They had no intention of giving me what they claimed they would for my trade. And yes my trade was much better than described. Wasted an hour drive there.

Service department chicks are LAZY!!! I made an appointment last week to be seen this week. Come to find out, the girl entered my name and phone number only and didn’t finish the appointment process. Now I can’t get the car seen because they are booked 1 or two weeks out. I can’t believe people like that are on payroll. Be sure to take names when dealing with them because your going to need to know where to point the finger.

Pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of all the employees I dealt with while choosing a car. Billy Crabtree, salesman, was patient and helpful as we walked the lot looking for the right car. I would highly recommend him if/when looking to buy a new car. The process of actually choosing a car and driving it home went like clockwork.

Bought a pre owned suv for over 20,000$. The car was filthy once I really got a chance to check it over. Sent it back to detail when we were still there because they had a greasy substance all over the steering wheel. Once I got it home I noticed it had candy under the seats, melted candy stuck in the carpet, french fries under the seat, bbq sauce all over the passenger door, food in the creases of the third row seats, and makeup all over the driver side portion of the suv. The salesman and finance guys were super nice, but they will try to pull wool over your eyes and tell you kbb, and carguru prices are all lies which they’re not. They have big kbb banners all over their showroom……… 🤦🏻‍♂️ kinda goofy if you ask me. If you buy a used car from them do not leave unless they actually detail it. Very unprofessional detail department.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no high pressure sales pitches. They made a point of explaining everything to us and answered all of our questions. This is our second vehicle from Glockner Honda and Kevin sold them both to us. They will most likely be our first stop the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was calm, quiet and very friendly! Randy supported whatever I wanted and needed. There was no “sales” pushing. It was a wonderful Christian atmosphere and I highly recommend them!

It helped that the car we bought was exactly what we were looking for, and within the range we were willing to spend; but our Salesman (Kevin) was very helpful, and he worked with his manager to get us a lower interest rate. The young man who handled all the paperwork (Rob) was excellent, and did a great job of explaining things. I appreciated that they washed the car and topped off the tank for us too.
