Easily the smoothest car buying experience from a dealer I have ever had. Pablo was very personable and friendly from the minute I walked in. I never felt pressured to make a decision or anything of the sort. He let me take my time and the car for however long I needed to inspect it and make my choice. Great customer service! I never write reviews but I had to today, Pablo was refreshingly pleasant and enthusiastic about helping me through my visit. I bought my last vehicle over 10 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade, I had been shopping around recently and unfortuately being the end of the month, other dealerships I visited were pushy and high pressure and made me uncomfortable since I know they were just trying to meet a quota. After reading other reviews, I decided to visit Top Motor and I was not disappointed, Pablo was fantastic! He was very friendly and conversational, we had a great time and spoke about things completely unrelated to cars and really made me feel welcome and satisfied with my purchase. Purchased a 1968 Camaro from Pablo. Hands down the best car buying experience ever. Pablo was very friendly and helpful, and easy to deal with and there were NO high pressure sales tactics. Just a friendly conversation between two people who like old cars. Car was advertised as being in excellent condition, and it did not disappoint. The price was fair, and Pablo even arranged to have it delivered to Richmond later that week, inspected, registered and ready to go! Really, this seems to be one of the few honest used car places around, and I would not hesitate to go deal with Pablo and Top Motors again. Two great big thumbs up!

Great customer service everyone is very friendly. They are not pushy as in trying to get you to buy, you let them know what your budget is and they let you know which cars are in your range, and its not just 1 or 2 cars they give you multiple cars and suvs to choose from. My down was cheap and so are my monthly payments. I would definitely recommend!

Really nice experience and post service. The dealer is for the people, no credit checks, easy payments, if you are struggling they got you. I bought my vehicle and it had Battery issue and the dealer provided me with a temporary vehicle and helped me fixed the issue and did not charge me for nothing. Highly recommended.

Pablo is a fair and honest man. He is dedicated to his business but also very mindful of the customer. We were able to test drive the car and take it our mechanic. He lowered the price (honestly more than I expected) when we found issues with the car to ensure that we would have sufficient funds to repair it. (He offered to fix it as well, but I wanted to take it to my own mechanic). He was also very gracious letting my three small boys run around while we were filling out paperwork. He even gave my older two boys coloring books! I came in very distrustful since our last experience at a different dealership was so bad, but Pablo definitely earned my trust that day. If I have to get a car from a dealership again I will definitely try Top Motors first.

I ran across a car almost exactly what I wanted, a 2004 Honda CRV on marketplace and I had to check it out. When I got there Pablo and his wife were very friendly and told me what I needed to know, let my mother and I check out the car and take it for a short test drive and everything is perfect. Very nice and friendly service. They use their personal numbers to check on you, tell you what you need to know for the deal, etc so it’s nice they had constant communication with me. This is the first time I’ve ever looked at a car at a dealership and it didn’t feel like a dealership, they were very nice and genuine. They didn’t mind me taking it for a longer test drive and take it to my mechanic so I can check it out further so that was nice as well. They made the buying process really easy and understandable. Overall I enjoyed meeting them and making sure I got the car I loved.

This place is a ripoff. They will not give you facts about their vehicles. They use AutoCheck instead of carfax. Do a carfax search before walking out. Before purchase, call insurance and get quote. The insurance company will tell you if the vehicle has not only been in an accident but totalled also. If the insurance company says they cant insure it DO NOT BUY. The owner will tell you other wise showing you a auto check website which will show no issues with car. DO NOT BUY. Also take it to a mechanic where they can put it on a lift to inspect under the car for water and exhaust damage. Big Al does free estimates. Also dont be fooled by all the 5 star reviews, this place is a scam.

The Spanish guy is so rude I ask him about the red Honda Civic and he told me I need documents I need I told him I have everything he need and asking for plus the money I also sent him the documents over he was still being rude to me plus I ask to speak with the owner he never gave the owner the phone so I tried calling him and he blocked my number on both phones how unprofessional is that.

I have never seen this in my life !!! An importer of cars like this. Everything is nickel. I was a little scared at first and then I had a friend who told me about it on a car forum. I started and I bought my first FORD MUSTANG I 1964 4.7L V8 (289 ci) a jewel of rarity in its construction 2 years ago. Im waiting for my second model 66 car this time. Moreover the owner is super accomodating and impeccable confidence. Ask him any model he will do his best to find you. I recommend ++ more than just retailers. No name on the radio. In short, go for it !!!!
