The people at Absolute Stone are great to work with. From those in the office to the installers. Everytime my husband and I had questions they gladly helped and when we changed our mind about the first slab we picked out they never made us feel like we were a pain for changes. I loved the look of my bathroom sink countertop and the pieces we also got cut from the same slap for our shower. The installers were fantastic! My bathroom is in the middle of a remodel and I think they left it cleaner than when they entered. They were friendly and respectful and were even super sweet to my dog who wont leave people alone to pet him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It’s always a good idea to educate yourself about the different types of material when choosing counter tops because they all have different Pros & Cons.My wife and I picked up a bit of knowledge from each of the businesses that we visited but were still unsure which one was best for us.Absolute Stone Design doesn’t just sell you counter tops from small samples, you get to see the entire Slab!I have a friend who lives out of state who is in the kitchen business and who told me not to go to just any place that sells this product but try to find a fabricator.That’s who these people are. When Marcia took us on a tour of their available product we actually got to walk through the area where you see orders being precision cut with sophisticated machinery. Marcia also gave us a better understanding of our choices which made it so easy to pick.Also, the big clincher for anyone who wants it done fast is that from the day they measured my kitchen it was installed a week later. Most everyone else said 3 to 5 weeks. I guess that’s the price you pay for going anywhere else.Salute’

The options available are simply amazing with color choices and price ranges. I picked out several colors and received a quote for each one which added to the simplicity for choosing what would work best with my kitchen. Staff was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or bath. They do all fabrication in house and install as well which alleviates the need for another contractor. Very happy with the work and will contact them again for future work.

When we began to remodel our kitchen, we had no idea how many products, designs and color combinations there are to select from. This was our absolute worst experience ever! So regret our decision do do business with this company. Damaged both of our hot and cold water lines behind the drywall while installing the new sink and refused to take ANY responsibility. There were no leaks after the lines were disconnected and prior to the work being done by this company and the emergency plumber that we hired to fix the leak (lines were never reconnected) indicated that the damage was done by blunt force.BUYER BEWARE.

I was happy to work with Marcia, who was was very helpful and knowledgeable. She, also, kept in contact with me from scheduling the measurements of the template to installing the granite. Always received a quick response if I had any questions. The technicians (Mario and his teammate) arrived on time. Worked quickly and professionally. They removed all their construction materials and went over how to clean the countertops. Overall, I’m happy with the end result.

Absolute had an amazing selection and quantity of quartz and granite remnants, which is all we needed. (Their selection of full slabs was equally great). They had excellent prices on the stone and fabrication was perfect and quick. And the salesperson, Marcia, was very helpful in explaining the products and guiding our choices. They will be my first choice for any future stone and fabrication needs.

We started looking for countertops at Absolute Stone because our builder had a relationship with them. Nevertheless we also spent a lot of time looking at suppliers all over the Tidewater area. We returned to Absolute because they were most willing to search for the stone we wanted and allowed us to reserve our selections for over four months, giving us a calming assurance in the middle of the disruption of a remodel. The templating and layout process was superb, with Nirson Perpetuo clearly guiding us through it all. When installation day came, the crew was professional, precise and efficient, staying late to finish both our kitchen and bathroom in one day. The result is simply stunning, reflecting the entire planning process, cutting detail, detailed installation and impeccable stone pattern matching. Our new granite counter tops are absolutely beautiful! Their prices are very competitive and we actually got to see the layout of how the slab would be cut before we finalized our contract. They were extremely helpful with all of our questions and gave us excellent guidance. The install was done on the scheduled date and the installers cleaned up everything before leaving. Absolute Stone is a wonderful company to work with!! Our kitchen remodel presented some special issues. Due to covid-19, we could not be personally present because we live on the Pacific Coast. Also, our condo’s high-rise building was undergoing significant structural repair that made parking and entry into the secured building a major impediment for other vendors. Unlike those other companies, Absolute Stone managed these issues smoothly and without any problem or inconvenience to us. Not only was their price extremely competitive, their customer service, the quality of their materials, and their superior workmanship was without equal.

I mistakenly visited Absolute Stone when I had an appointment at another company just down the road and I’m so glad I did! I had searched for a few weeks for a white Quartz with fine tan lines throughout and found exactly what I wanted at Absolute Stone. We visited granite alley in Portsmouth and discovered that Absolute Stone Design doesnt just offer a showroom but they are also talented fabricators. The Fantasy Brown hybrid stone caught our eye. The leathered finish allowed the colors to pop without washing them out with reflections from a polished finish.Nirson showed us the factory and went out of his way to answer our questions. He sent us home with a sample. He promised a quick turnaround (10 days) if we ordered. We did order and gave them a 50% deposit. They came to our house to create the template. We were changing the configuration (modifying the breakfast bar) and Nirson advised us on how to prep for the best result.The installation happened as promised and the results were fantastic. The seams are invisible and the corners are square. The overhang is supported by steel they provided. Our kitchen looks brand new. The two man crew was professional and courteous. We recommend Absolute Stone Design without hesitation.

I was going with another company and by chance just happened to stop in there with a friend. I was very impressed with the layout of the business because it felt like the inside of a beautiful home. I met Ryanne and that’s all it took for me to switch. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like she had known me forever. I knew I wanted to do business with Absolute because of Ryanne. Very good experience, Mr Crickenberger has a wealth of experience supplying custom stonework and a wide inventory. He is also willing to share how to find the best value. There is something special about walking out to the storage yard and meeting the slab of stone that will become your new countertop, being a natural material, there are variations in color and pattern. Recommended.

There just not enough stars....This company is fast, reliable and definitely on time. When my General Contractor couldnt get the job done in a timely manner, this company stepped in and I was really impressed by the workmanship and the cut of the granite. They were also cheaper (about $1000) less than what my General Contractor was going to charge me. Im so happy I went with them. Gui (representative who helped me at Absolute Stone Design) and his team really did an awesome job. Wish I had pictures. I will be sure to use them again. And I will definitely asked for Gui.
