From start to finish, Mary, Jordan, Ed...everyone was superlative in their work on our kitchen counter-tops. Mary took the time to help us choose the right stone and make good decisions on choosing features, Jordan took the greatest care with the install, Ed was a masterful laying out our pieces by computer and getting the look just right for us....not how much money they could make, but how we would like it the best. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was totally perfect, on-time, and on-budget. I highly recommend Superior Marble & Stone without reservation.

Communication was lacking with slow or no replies to questions regarding products and appointment times. Initial measurements were incorrect leading to a second appointment for install. Installers were polite and apologized for the mistakes made.

They cut our counter top Back splash opposite the measurements, then after making this mistake, they didnt verify the job at the warehouse before delivering it. After seeing how upset we were, their staff then thought they should be funny, by screaming my wifes name from the back of a work truck (in our condo parking lot) asking her to help carry the marble counter top. Why would they yell for my 125 lbs wife to carry a marble top? Yea, It easy to figure out, Not professional at all. I would not allow them into my home again.

Highly recommend this company. They stand behind their work 110%. I had a problem with some work they did almost 14 years ago. Called them and spoke to Grant and they handled it with amazing class. Got a team right out to fix the problem as if it was new business. They will be my only choice in the future and I will demand my friends and family use Superior. Total scheisters. I had ordered two slabs of granite to be delivered to Marva--somehow Superior weaseled their way into getting the stones so they could do the install. I talked with the owner or Marva and he saw that I had ordered them but told me that Superior was his largest client--I understand business, but really? So when I got the call from both Superior and Marva I told them that I didnt want it any longer and would go else where. I found a dealer in Baltimore that delivered within a week.Plenty of other installers around.

Good Quality mulch for my weekend projects....Great Quality Topsoil we use to patch the soccer fields.Delivery is very reasonably priced! Cheaper to have them deliver than for me to pick up in my dump trailer.The granite work is the best I have seen.My kitchen is a work of art & the touch-on-touch-off faucet Superior Provided has been a Superior part of my life for 4 years now.Dont waste your time shopping, go see the pros at Superior Marble and get the project done!

Ten years ago they put in a stone countertop. Crew did NOT use clips on the under mount sink. Used wooden splines to hold the sink up. As thesplines gave way, the sink sagged over the years, gradually leaking water into the kitchen counters. So I had to mount clips myself to the underside of the counter and repair the cabinets last year. Very unprofessional - esp given that they charge market rates for this work.

Installed an under counter sink without clips - used wooden wedges that rotted after a few years. I had to install the sink clips myself after the sink started to separate. Also, did not install clips on the diswasher so it wobbles around. Very lame work at top of market rates
