I went in there on a Saturday morning to get my entire front windshield replaced. Customer service and the techs were very pleasant and helpful. It cost about $370 on a vw golf which is comparable to other places. They got it done in under an hour.

We needed repairs done to our master bathroom shower door and went back to the original installers. The onsite technician did a great job and the customer service was awesome!

Good service, but expensive. Two men came to replace a window pane and the labor charge was $190 per hour! A pane of glass for $80 cost $333 to install and took less than an hour.

They came to my work to replace my windshield. I could see them out of my office window, super convenient. After they were done I said how great it was that they come out directly. The guy said yeah, but its better in the shop so we dont miss anything, not that we didnt do it correctly. Didnt exactly instill confidence. When I went to leave work, I realized they had locked my car. The key that I have doesnt work on the lock, so I dont lock my car. This is partly my fault because I didnt let them know, but I didnt think theyd be inside the car. So I call them to let them know what happened and that I cant get in because their workers locked the car. The manager didnt apologize and suggested I call AAA, but didnt even offer to pay for it. It took at least an hour to get my car unlocked. Im very disappointed in how they reacted to the situation. Do not recommend.

I went in to have a storm door window panel replaced. A good clean place with friendly staff. They not only improved the panel but made helpful suggestions on products. Was very pleased and going back this week for another job.

I had Randy at granite state glass install the rear windshield on my 1967 Ford, I am glad I chose them, they do terrific work and have very fair prices, they have my business in the future. 👍🏻

I am so glad I found Granite State Glass to replace my windshield. I am not from the area so I contacted several businesses about appointment availability since my insurance recommended Safelite, which was booked out for two weeks.From the outset they were extremely responsive and walked me through all steps of the process. While it was a stressful situation I felt at ease. I reached out on Monday and had an appointment for Wednesday morning. Highly recommend!

Great service. Symphonie was very helpful, the technician who came to replace my windshield was very nice and did a good job, price was good (it was the cheaper of the two quotes I got). Im very happy with Granite State Glass and I highly recommend them.

Labor Day weekend I was in the area with family and a branch shattered the windshield in my Honda convertible. They were able to find a windshield and fix it within hours. Open until noon on Sat. Cheerful attitude helped defray the stress of the accident. My insurance company knew them and took care of my bill, directly.

Had a 8 am windshield appt. I had extra sensors I didnt know about so they had to order a different one. Came back at 2:30 and they were done I less than an hour. Great prices, friendly staff, and quick service. Reccomend!
