My husband and I planned to shop around for a new mattress. Our first and last stop was Sleep Outfitters. James was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information necessary to make a selection for our needs. Colin and Roy delivered and set up our Tempur-Pedic in no time. Fantastic customer service from the time we walked into the store until delivery!!

We decided to buy a new mattress and made a stop here. They were super helpful in finding one we liked. However, we were honest and let them know we would like to look at other businesses to compare options and prices. We went to another local business and it wasnt long before we headed right back to Sleep Outfitters. The service was friendly and the prices were so good we ended up buying a mattress for our son as well.

This place is amazing! I wanted to get a quote on a new bed set and the staff was incredibly profession and so friendly! I was able to try out several options and left with a very good idea of what I need and how much it will be. I would definitely recommend checking them out!!

Completely in love with my new bed. Thanks to James for recommending this adjustable base bed- oh did I mention it comes with massage and USB ports and a nightlight? Went to this store and was refused service because of the face covering policy. Problem for me since face coverings trigger my PTSD from serving in protection of this country for 33 years of my professional career. Now retired and just want to live in peace. Unfortunately this confrontation also triggered some PTSD and ruined the rest of my day.

We were in and out. No sales gimmicks, just facts and questions answered. Carl was very knowledgeable of the product and what would meet our needs.
