There customers service is good but they need more people took like 30 minutes just to get my prescription

This review only goes to the great pharmacist, Bill. I have been having complications with having my medical ready when they are not and some not even requested. Some of the issue is from other people. I just want to put out there that Bill did a great job handling my situation and doing everything he could. He went out of his way to tell me a shot would be more expensive if I got here rather than the dr office. He also worked to track down a missing med request. The service isnt great but I really appreciate the attention I got from him. Thank you so much Bill!

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. So unorganized! First time I was told my refill was ready, I came in and they told me they were actually out of stock and to come back the next day as it would be ready by 3:00. Well when I came in the next day they told me it still wasn’t filled. I cannot believe how unorganized they are and I have now missed a day in my medication. Which I am not supposed to. I would not ever tell someone to use this pharmacy. Use the one in Hayden if you can.

They gave me a 20 week supply of testosterone and refused to fill it until 22 weeks later and my doctor had to verify with them 3 times for them to actually get it fixed, then when I ran out of syringes for that same prescription, they said that it was out of refills For any other prescription Ive had positive experiences here but its honestly difficult to keep going knowing how theyve handled my hormones.

Rushed to pick up my pills only to find out they moved the pickup spot. Called in and put me on hold to only answer the phone 3 minutes before closing to say theyre literally closing the gate right now.

I have been visiting from out of state for several months. I have communicated with several of the Pharmacy Staff and they all have successfully helped me receive the medicine I needed while visiting. I have appreciated their work and the complications they have faced. Keep up the great work yall!!! Thank you!!

People have always been nice to me but hate the new set up with no prescription drop off window. This has caused an even longer wait time.

Pharmacy had been stealing meds for last four months, over billing insurance and Medicaid. Having to now go to the cops to file a official complaint because GEORGE THE MANAGER, dont even have a conversation with me. Just wanted to be a dick when I asked him to be accountable. NOT OK IN OUR COMMUNITY.

They all take breaks the busiest time of the day. Must be nice to do what you want at work.

Honestly is there 0 stars? Went there with a coupon that clearly said I could use the 2 coupons in one transaction!! The lady kathy with grey shoulder length hair didnt understand what I was saying or the coupon. She called her manager over whom was very rude to me. All I was trying to do was use my coupon for the items I was purchasing!!! If the coupon clearly says you can why cant I?

This is by far the worst pharmacy. Over a two hour wait, just for those two hours to be up and they tell you they need more info from the doctor. Why couldn’t you of relayed the message? That way your customers are not spending an entire afternoon in here.
