Iver never come across a rude employee, even overworked, and Ive been going to this place the last 20yrs. They have some of the best meat, cheese, wine, seafood, produce sales Ive seen. I love the cheese and wine sale or seafood near Christmas, perfect rime to stock up!

My family and I really appreciate the home town feel of this supermarket! We have been bringing our grocery shopping needs here for many years because their employees are the absolute best!!My grandchildren now enjoy the 25 cent ice cream cones offered in the awesome deli!If you find yourself wanting that old fashioned personal touch grocery store experience you found your place here!

I prefer super one. Great produce and meat selection. Never had bad customer service.

I dont like Walmart and this location is just down the street from there so I decided to check it out. Some good deals on certain things. Beer selection was fantastic. A good alternative to Walmart.

I like shopping @Super 1. Produce is usually great. They carry some brands that we use to get elsewhere. I also like their seafood & meat counters. Prices are reasonable.

Cant really go wrong with Home Depot. Standard Big Box layout. Good selection. Fair prices. Much less expensive, better selection, and better service than the Post Falls Ace Hardware.Home Depot has long been my go-to place for home project supplies and even some automobile projects... they have a great assortment of tools and specialty fasteners. Even the automotive parts houses send customers here for mid-sized nuts and bolts.

A great place to shop and probably Walmarts biggest competition in the area. They have a good selection and there prices are often very close to Walmart pricing.

They installed self check out lanes, the chicken tenders were $7.99 a pound at the deli, omg inflation has hit. Ice cream over $6.00

Miss Anne was incredibly helpful and just a delight in general. Shes definitely the bestest employee at this store and everyone should strive to be as cool as her.

Overall great store except for the deli section. they’re too lazy to run their ice cream machine and the time they opened it they gave me a ice cream cone that was too big for me to handle and it tipped over onto me and ruined my favorite LGBTQ+ shirt

Nice store I go there quite often I like the fact its everywhere also in Montana where I lived same kind of service and $120 later and this store has a nice fish display.

Super 1 is a fantastic grocery store. They always stock a variety of foods. We enjoy the seasonal fruits & vegs that are for sale. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I shop at all the super 1 stores in the N. Idaho Panhandle. But this was the first and will be my last shop at this store. The selections were poor or non existent in sale posted in weekly fliers. When I decided it was getting late and I still had and hour drive home. I decided to pick up a 4 piece chicken at the deli. Well the young girls at the deli were picking and choosing who they were serving and or not serving. The line was in 4 to 5 placed.all with 3 or 4 in each line at the glass case and the girls were just pointing to who they knew? Or decided looked like they wanted to serve. I stood in line 27mins before being served. Management needs to train these employees in customer service or the management needs changed I really dont care Ill never step in that store again.

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way home from the soccer game to get a toothbrush. The staff were more helpful and friendly than the one up in Athol.

Always clean, with very nice and helpful employees. Can get pretty busy so be prepared to wait in a line on some occasions. Its not always busy though! Most of the time you can get in and out quickly! Really love shopping here :)

Locally owned Super 1 is aways clean, safe, and efficient in all of their grocery provisions.....even if the parking lot is full, their efficiency gives the feel of an in and out convenience store.

I generally love super one and the company but they need to give this store some love!!! Lol! Understand this review has nothing to do with the staff or the specific location other then corporate needs to spend a little on a nice remodel or update or so.ething. its a little run down! But the staff are great and its still super one so I love it.

This Super store is not perfect but a very well run mid-sized store with heart and soul- real people who are part of the community. The old guys gather to drink coffee and eat biscuits and gravy and the checkers know you and you know the checkers. It’s our home store.

I like the meat dept at super1, but they had London broil in ad for 3.98llb per the website. So, I went specifically to get this. At the post falls store, they had no London broil for 3.98lbs. This was last Thursday, which is the day after ad change. I looked it up Thursday, the day after ad change. Tried getting a cutter or meat clerk to help me, got ignored. Then Stacy t, my cashier was rude. She didnt like how I packaged some produce. She then yells at her cashier next to her about it, while then interrogating me. All with customers behind me. 1 left line and walked out. I was embarrassed felt impuned and humiliated. I thought their motto was, we set the standard. Its definately not in customer service. And also, never ask for deli meat cut to your desired slice size. I did that in rathdrum and was treated like I was totally asking for too much and that was from their deli manager. So, customer service. Ive had better at Walmart, and theres is non existent.

Super 1 is a great place to shop. Its a little pricey at times but they have really good sales and high quality products, so the price is usually worth it.

We love Super 1. Shopping there is shopping local. Plus my kids absolutely love the stickers the cashiers give them when we check out. And you can beat an ice cream cone for 25 cents!

I was asked if I would like help out with my groceries, which is not a common thing now. I was delighted & the young man was very pleasant.

I was unable to stay and shop because I became very ill immediately after I entered and spent the entire time in the restroom. (Not covid.) It a very clean, well stocked store and it never closes.

My second favorite grocery store to shop at. If there were more organic food choices I would give 5 stars. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

This store reminds me of what grocery stores used to be. friendly folks, help with your bags if you need it, great butcher, deli, produce, and clean.it is well stocked and organized. the walk in beer cooler is awesome! Its a pleasure to shop here.

I love shopping at Super 1. The store always has what Im looking for with decent prices. You may pay $.50 more for your item. But, its well worth supporting our local businesses.

Its a grocery store not much to wright but here are some positives.Significantly smaller crowd then the alternative(Walmart) store in our areaBathrooms always seemed picked up and well stocked (they smell nice aswell.)Customer service is good i havent met anyone id consider rude who works here. There are definitely alot of highschool students but i find them to be bright and helpful. The isles have nice label signs with clear large words. Best of all its close to home.

Great deal on meat. The employees are all wonderful. I go to medicine man in the store and what wonderful people there too. The store is always clean and room to move around carts.

I gave this store a poor review. I am so sorry to have to do this as I do enjoy the shopping experience there.I just cant figure out why you dont follow the mandate of Panhandle Health to wear masks for everyone. I look forward to returning to Super 1 when you observe the mandate.

25¢ soft serve ice cream? You cant beat that! (Its at the deli counter)Their deli chicken is the best, baked AND fried. I love stopping in for a quick, healthy lunch and saying hello to my favorites there.Also, their meat department is always fresh. I primarily buy my meat there and have never had a problem with freshness. I cant say THAT for very many grocery stores 🧐

I was happy to find this store for their ice cream cones and product selection. As far as supermarkets are concerned, however, this one has a peculiar layout. Bread is in the center of the store as well as on the right hand side for example. Other than the strange layout, the store is fine. The staff are all friendly and willing to assist. And as mentioned before a more eclectic selection with good pricing.

They need to restock more often. But have very nice people that work there. Im always looking for paper products sanitizer, lysol.

Super 1 sometimes has great deals. Their normal prices are not very good, but they often run good deals. I only ever shop here when theyve got a good deal going.

A terrible place, low quality food, terribly high prices.
