Dr. Cohn and her staff are professional and provide great customer service. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are always on time. Out of the 6+ years I’ve been going there Dr. Cohn has never been late to an appointment. Aside from the exceptional service the frame selection is top tier!

I went to Wink after a Covid haiatus. The first thing that I noticed was that everyone was wearing the cutest eyeglass masks. As always everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Cohn was friendly, professional and thorough during my exam. The gentleman that helped me with my lens order knew what he was doing. Even though my insurance wont cover glasses until January, he took the time to show me several new frames. Wink has the most beautiful glasses that I have ever seenA great experience.

Dr. Cohns expert, compassionate care, followed by the optician teams wonderful assistance (and patience) in helping with picking out frames, this is truly a patient centered practice that strives to be the best. in my view they achieves this aim year after year.. Dr. Cohn keeps a great selection of frames for all taste preferences, and most important for me, there are always choices the those of us who need a petite size frame. Their COVID protocol is meticulous; I had my exam this week and was reassured to see how careful and hygienic the process is at every step. Ive referred a number of friends who had equally good experiences. In my view, Wink is a neighborhood treasure.

This was my first experience with an eye exam, and they knocked it out of the park. Professional, friendly, and answered all he questions I had as they came up.Their COVID precautions make you feel safe, from appointments being mandatory to enter, to temporary checks and visually sanitizing, to ensuring no one who has traveled lately entered the office, and offering a special isolated bubble you can remove your mask to try on glasses.Their optometrists worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything as they were doing it; they seemed generally happy to be there.The owner/manager(?) was ever present, engaged with all the customers, remembered the old ans greeted the new with the same enthusiasm.Their floor staff were extremely helpful and they listened. I was a bit worried going to an eyecare boutique that I wouldnt find a pair of glasses in my budget, but not only did they work within my confines but their brand of glasses were gorgeous. I found a pair that I love (never having worn glasses before this was a huge hurdle)!

This is a total experience. The selection of frames is awesome and interesting. The staff are professional, with impeccable taste. I’ve come to rely on their advice. Covid protections are serious but there is humor and joy in the group and you leave feeling prettier and almost like life is normal. Highly recommend Wink.

Absolutely the BEST!! Dr. Cohn is incredibly kind and thorough. She has the latest up-to-date technology and really looks out for your eye health and the best vision options if you need glasses/contacts. One of the nicest people I know. I constantly get compliments on my glasses and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff are amazing! Especially Amy Young! You can go back anytime to get glasses cleaned, adjusted, refills of cleaning solution, and friendly advice. I cannot praise them enough! Great first eye exam and glasses selection at Wink! Referred by my physician, Dr Cohn’s eye exam was top notch, using state of the art equipment to thoroughly assess my eye health. She did a great job explaining the findings and scheduled a follow-up to track family history eye issues. And the thought of picking out new frames is daunting. Amy and the other staff know their fun and sassy selection of frames well and I loved the look and feel. I’m looking forward to my new glasses!

Updated 4 years later: Customer service and selection at Wink continues to be AMAZING! Amy was extremely helpful and not only ensured that my son was all set with his glasses, but she also made him laugh! And she checked on warranties and other information to ensure that we were getting the best situation. I highly recommend WinkI took my 3-year-old son for glasses. Cassidy was extremely helpful in ensuring that we had a pair that he liked but that fit him well and met his needs. She even reached out to the manufacturer with questions. Their replacement policy on childrens frames is wonderful. We are so grateful that we discovered Wink.

ALL of my favorite glasses came from Wink! Dr.Cohn takes her time and I love that there’s newer technology instead of that eye puff! Her staff is so helpful. They have gotten me out of my comfort zone and into glasses I would have never thought of trying! I’ll never go anywhere else.

From my first interaction with the staff at Wink eye care I knew I had made the right decision reaching out to them. We are newer to the area and needed to find an eye doctor. However, an unexpected eye problem sped up that search. They accommodated me right away, despite having a full schedule. They saw me the next day and resolved the issue quickly.
