Theyre upfront and honest and not as expensive as their competitors the only reason I went with the 4 instead of 5 stars is because I never had any major work done there but the work they have done for me Ive never had any issues

I cant say enough good things about this garage. The men went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my van before a long distance family vacation to OBX. They took the time to listen to me and drive my van to figure out what was wrong! They were successful and also followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I will sing their praises and recommend them to family, friends and strangers!!

This place is a joke. He stated he repaired my brakes when in fact he broke my ABS system. He stated my brakes have a sensory system!!! Really!!! Be honest with ur customers !! U cost me $1000 to fix after taking $1000 to brake!!!! Do not take ur car there. They need to show honesty. They pretended to fix it but destroyed my entire braking system. Sorry lost my business and many others. Honesty comes first

Manne the Spanish mechanic is great and honest.

Many people had recommended this place for an oil change and it is within walking distance of my house. However, they are very disorganized...nobody even asked me for my contact information when I dropped off my car. Then they took it upon themselves to do a synthetic (more expensive) oil change rather than asking if I wanted that. Yes, I should have specified, but most places ask for much more information than this place did. Also, nobody was wearing masks even when handling my payment. Will not be returning.

We are happy with our switch from another bigger chain where we feel the customer service and knowledge disappeared over recent years. M&M has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate them as they service our family of vehicles.

Stay away over priced.. asked for alignment quote guy wouldnt tell me saying my car maybe broken so will cost more.. so after 5 mins he says 99.99 just front end says well will be 119.99 is this is broke or 169.99 if that is broken.. nothings broken i just need alignment.. i now have to tell mechanics just do as i ask thats it anything else stuff it.. STOP TRYING TO RIP PPL OFF.. i got 4 wheel alignment for 79.99 with 2 free tire rotations.. and this place quoted me 45.00 per wheel mounted and balanced. He gave all kinds of reasons.. stay away

I have yet to use them, but the person I spoke with said their next available appointment would be 2 days from now. After explaining I make my income doordashing with that car, he said he could fit me in the next morning and that my car could be done before they close. Ill update tomorrow.

Do Not take your car here. This shop does care about giving you fair service for a fair price. On my last a final visit, they held my car for about a week charged me almost$ 300, and told me it was working fine. I drove the car less than 10 miles and it completely died. Ive heard from other people about the shoddy work they do. There are plenty of reputable shops in the area. Do Not take your care here.

I had four new tires installed and a few months later one of them went flat due to a leak in the bead which was not their fault at all. They fixed it free of charge right away! Really polite and great customer service!

Its clean (for a garage) i know some places that you dont even want to stick around for an oul change, not the case here. No details on what they are charging you for your cars issue just a print out of the total..kinda fishy..and the owner just pulls figures out of his head guesstimating pricing ..my battery was very old, Manny the owner did a diagnostic check to rule out the need for an alternator vs.A new battery..he said yup a new alternator..that was not the case..my battery had extensive corrosion and was 4yrs old, per a second opinion. I avoided a $400 bill and have also AVOIDED M&M LUBE..tell a friend.. females beware!
