Lots of new fabrics since my last visit, good sales and friendly sales people

I find quality items, and there corporation gets products from where I work. I make beaded bracelets and always find something different. Ir any crafting needs.

I was welcomed as I walked into the store which was awesome. I browsed, purchased a few things and I was on my way. Very clean, healthy environment with great employees.

I love Joanns for craft projects related to fabric and sewing.

Has the biggest selection in fabrics and sewing materials around here.

Friendly staff, helpful, store arrangement in the craft side is not organized well, the sewing fabric side seems a bit better, not a big range of items, small store, that is always the case in this area which is unfortunate as it doesnt mean we want less, we just get less.

They totally are the Queen of fabric and all that goes with it!...but they are very pricey!... Walmart is very good competition for MS. JOANN...

The store is fairly well-organized and tidy. The staff was helpful. Lots of material available and they often rotate through sale items. Check online for a coupon if you dont have one on hand.

They have no real selection. Its a bunch of random stuff

Never again. Come here cause it was the closest location that had my items. But my regular Joanns in Wayne is so much friendlier and more customer service oriented. Waited over 30mins for someone to get my online order that should have been ready. After 30mins I had to get the cashier to get it cause the person on floor couldnt be bothered. The only reason I give 3 stars is cause the cashier did the best she could to help me while her co-workers couldnt be bothered, terrible.

They had great deals on their jewelry findings. They have a very nice selection.

I can spend hours in Joann Fabrics getting all kinds of creativity flowing thru my mind. They seem to have everything I need & much more 🤗

This store seems to be struggling with inventory management and / or stocking shelves.Next time I will probably place an online order and pick it up at the store.

The place to hit when you need sewing supplies. They also have a great selection of other crafting supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be gentle with them, the pandemic has affected their stock.

Truly not worth the prices. There are other stores that sell the same quality, better selection for much less. Try the Goods Store in East Earl or Gehmans Fabrics in Lebanon PA. They ship at a fair price, too. Fabric of the same or better quality for half the price.

The new Joann is big, bright, and has a great selection. I was very pleased with their yarn section, I’m a knitter. They even had a bit of Wool & The Gang cotton xl the last time I was there. I hope the yarn section continues to stay as good as it was when they first opened. ❤️

I go to JoAnn Fabrics multiple times a month. There are some very good sales here. Everyone is pleasant and friendly.

Not a big fan of fabrics but they have the best sales on patterns. They also have get bead selections the Superstores in K of P and Norristown have a better selection of fabric. Coventry is moving there store next to the Kohls in the mall hopefully selection will be better.

Prices way too high. Go there only when I cant find it on internet or Walmart.

The new location inside the mall is very nice. It’s much bigger than the old spot. You can find pretty much all your crafty supplies at a Joann Fabrics!

Love the remodel! Bright interior makes it easier to quickly choose patterns. Manager can be a bit brusk, but overall staff is very helpful.

Found bobbins for my sewing machine, very pleased to finally find some.

We always get our fabric at this store. Great selections, low prices, always have what we need. The employees have always been very nice to us.I recommend you go and check it out for yourself.

Went there to buy fabric for acoustic panels, they had exactly what I needed. Everyone was very helpful.

Our new store, FINALLY! It had been in small, crowded, messy spot but now its a well-lit new store. Location= A#1! Inventory is better now that they have larger space. Try it!

New to the area & found Store is small so there is a very limited selection overall especially in yarn. Also short staffed with only 1 very nice sales associate available since other employee had gone on break. She was impressively calm trying to help 7 customers in store needing fabric cut, register check out & store product questions.

New store opened last week. Its so bright & cheerful & much larger than the original store. Its a welcome upgrade! Its all a huge improvement that they carry much more.

Im glad their is something crat wise in the Coventry mall, but they are expensive. Sale prices seem like the price they should be.

Have good fabric choices but not a lot of other craft options. Prices are more expensive then ac Moore and Michaels.

They have a large selection of fabric and sewing items but a very small selection of yarn. If youre looking for quilting items Joanns probably has it but not worth the trip if you just need yarn.

Not sure if she was the manager at the time but was very curt. I was there at 8:00pm & the other clerk was busy cutting fabric for another customer so I was browsing while I was waiting. It was 8:50 & she came up to me & saidyou know we close in 10 minutes so if you need fabric cut you need to get it to the table now. I explained that I was merely waiting my turn so she came over to cut my fabrics. It was as if I was bothering her-she was texting someone before she cut my fabric & was slamming stuff around & cutting the fabric like she was so angry. I get it- they want to get home too but thats no excuse for her behavior. I had a coupon in my phone & she said oh no-if you can read it says thats for web orders only. So I didnt use the coupon. I wish I had driven further & gone to Quakertown. Theyre moving into a bigger store location at Pottstown so I hope they take a look at their employees if they want their customer base to grow.

Its a little disorganized and messy. I would like to see more fabric and less craft items.

Run down tiny store in a run down tiny strip mall with a very run down parking lot. Signage is poor, difficult to find. No upgrades have been done on this store for probably 30 years. Sales people were friendly. I would recommend using this store only if you run out of notions in the middle of a project.

I have shopped here for years, always dealing with unhappy employees. I will no longer go there for my crafting needs. My 5 year old son had to use the restroom and they said that the bathroom is no longer for public use and to go to cvs or the mall. I dropped the things I was going to purchase and walked out. So long to rude customer service!!!

Things that are on line are rarely in the store . That that they are going to open the new store they will have more items that are on line .. I hope so .
