Colin was wonderful to work with! He gave me so much information to help me make my decision on my purchase and went above and beyond to find me the sizes in the color I selected. He and Jen both gave me great tips and even gave me some recipes and recommended their favorite Le Creuset cookbooks. My husband now has gift ideas for me for his holiday shopping.

I shopped over the phone during the pandemic and the store manager, Colin was very patient and helpful. He personally checked on the availability of the products at his location and volunteered to check availability at other outlet locations to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for in the right colors and to save me time. Ive never received so much attention as a customer anywhere else. Here they really care about your shopping experience, hoping that you will find exactly the things you want. This is the place to go if you want quality cookware without the highfalutin attitude. Excellent customer service. I cant wait to visit in person and go on another shopping haul after the pandemic is over.

I was in with my husband a little bit ago and we were helped by Magaly, she was an absolute delight and was extremely helpful, she helped us piece together a beautiful set and she really took her time to explain everything to us. She was very knowledgeable and even gave us some good ideas to try in the kitchen! I definitely recommend going to this location to everyone! Afterwards she even helped us to our car with our new products! They have a lot of selection too, really, the hardest part is deciding on color! Very happy with our visit!

Hard to really gauge the items. Yesterday 8/10/19 we went in and were treated to the displeasure of the salesguy who could ruin any attempt at an informed shopping experience.He was rude and made a point of mocking the high prices of the items. We bought somewhere else.
