I have been with Metro PCS in Pottstown, PA for many years. Customer service has always been excellent. Knowledgeable staff has been always helpful. Great team! Thanks to them!! Anyone who reviews them negatively should get a reality check about different peoples personality traits of customer service personelle.

I been a metro customer for many years now, I always go to the one on high Street. Today I decided to go the one on shoemaker Rd, I was very pleased as to how Gerald took care of my girlfriend. I became frustrated at the fact his partner was more focused on what Gerald was doing and correcting him loudly in front of customers. Then it was stated by another customer how his balance was getting higher and higher, speaking my opinion, Mike(Geralds partner) decides to have a debate with me about my opinion. Meanwhile Mikes customer is still waiting to be taken care of.🤦🏿‍♀️ With all this,Gerald kept everything professional.....He sold my girlfriend a phone that she loves......He was all about telling us the best way to go and we left satisfied.

I recently visited this metro store a week ago, I had an amazing interaction with the manger Jenna. She was so nice and informed about the phone i was going to purchase . I was on the verge of leaving metro but this young lady changed my mind completely I recommend this store to anyone. Ask for Jenna She is amazing

Went to this location looking for a specific phone because my current phone is not working properly. I was not greeted even though I was the only customer. Additionally, I inquired about the phone I wanted and was told by the male clerk that they dont have that in any store in Pottstown that I would have to go elsewhere. I asked if he could help me locate a store nearby that may have what I was looking for and he responded that he couldnt. I told him I could do it on my own and that he didnt have to bother.Correct me if Im wrong but customer service goes a long way and word of mouth is a companys best advertiser. I just cant believe the utter lack of customer service and blatant ignorance of this employee. Not only did he not even try but to be so disengaged is disarming. I would never recommend this Metro location to anyone.On a lighter note in the parking lot I phoned the store in Norristown located at 215 W Main St and was pleasantly surprised by the associate here. I went to this store and even if they didnt have my phone of choice (they did have what I wanted though) I would have gone here. The associate was great he answered my questions and gave me directions to his store. I went there and he remembered our phone conversation. He quickly helped me with my phone, offered accessories and was overall a nice person. His name was Mr. Kim and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. He quickly changed the bad experience I had in Pottstown into a great experience. Even though this store is not local for me I will continue to patronize this location.In the end it pays to value and treat your customers properly. Id much rather save the aggravation of ignorance and travel a little out of my way for superior service.KUDOS MR. KIM!!! You are the best🤗
