I was helped by Ashley and the assistance manager, Julian, checked in on us throughout. They’re very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to engage in friendly conversation and I had all of my questions answered promptly. I would recommend backing your phone up before you go, as I wasted a fair amount of the staff’s time; although, they had no problem ensuring I was taken care of. Thanks for the great experience. I just bought a new iPhone from Miko. Steven (sp.?) helped me with information the previous day, so gotta shout him out too, but Miko was actually the one who sold me the phone.Gotta tell you guys, dear readers, I was really annoying. My mom was with me too. So double that annoyingness. Then square it by infinity.But Miko was a talented young man and answered all my endless questions about the new phone. He also patiently answered the additional irritating questions my mother had. Miko did it with a smile and a sense of humor.The salespeople at this particular Verizon/Victra store are very competent. Im confident I got the product I not only needed, but also wanted. Thats largely in part to Miko. Thank you Miko!

BEST VERIZON STORE!!! Miko greeted me and offered me a seat...waited a few minutes...Tim Cormican returned from picking up his lunch...put it aside & helped me with transferring my info on my old phone to my new phone. Very pleasant & helpful young man! The store has great customer first protocol. I told them my plight that took place at the Boyertown Verizon location....that location has NO CUSTOMER FIRST policies. If I need to go to a Verizon store in the future...I WILL go the 8 extra miles to Pottstown & hopefully have Tim assist with my needs!!! Thank you, again, Tim Cormican!!!

Miko helped me out upgrading from a galaxy s9 to the s20. Fastest and simplest time Ive had upgrading a phone. I had to come back about 20 mins later also because smart switch wasnt working and once again miko helped me out. 10/10

Mickhoi could not have been more patient and helpful, even though when I got home I started putting the bills together and realized I had purchased a tablet for 530 dollars, which I think was pretty expensive so I took it back . he was more than helpful in doing the return. I thought tablets were about 100 bucks, and I really didnt need to spend 500 dollars on a tablet.

Listen, nobody and I mean nobody wants to go spend time in their cell phone carriers store. I know I dread it every time! But this last time, well, it made me appreciate them! I had to wait but it wasnt their fault. It got messed up while I was ordering my phone online for in store pickup. They were helpful and patient and even got frustrated with me when things continued to be a problem child. They did their best to keep my wait as short as possible and were very kind. And their communication, the person that was helping me was done for the day. He told his manager and she picked up right were he left off. It was truly a seamless transition. They helped each other. Thats something you dont see all the time. So kudos, to the entire staff! They did a great job and showed some impressive team work! Next time I wont dread my trip to Verizon! I know Ill be in good hands!

The young man that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. Our request had to do with sort of an odd What if? scenario which he answered professionally and accurately. This was the first time in a very long time (for us) that a cellular provider has had a staff member available that was truthful and gave best and worst case scenarios. He didnt give us false hopes that everything would go through extremely smooth but did offer his help and was genuinely interested in making sure we got what we were looking for.

I got my help from Tech Coach that they reminded me I have in my account. I was disappointed that he didnt just fix it but turned out good idea since I needed factory reset & tech coach took hours needed to prepare- Kage was awesome! Its much better than doing it in the store.

Unhelpful customer service put no effort into helping me out. Rude and unrealistic responses would only help me if my handicapped mother who lives 2 hours away came out (Unrealistic) wouldnt even talk to her over the phone. They made me cry I will never go back to verizon. Congratulations you lost a customer. Went to sprint and they helped me out intently. Owner please dont respond to this until you correct your staff.

For the most part, the sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the devices and various contracts and plans, also because this is a true Verizon store their capability to do more for the customer is a plus however, there is in this tendency in this particular store to be understaffed during what could be considered peak hours and the wait can be longer that one might willing and or able to cue for. Wait times aside, they offer a variety of other products like accessories and other technological gear. In this particular area, this is the store Id recommend as they have a near full capability for purchase or service ones device or accessories. NOTE! be sure not to confuse the store i am referring to which is in the Wal-Mart complex and the other much smaller NON-corporate store up the road.

Avoid these people at all costs!. I only wish I could give negative stars for their customer service alone. Ive had an incorrect charge on my account since before Christmas all due to this stores employees, and theyve refused to fix their error. Understand if you go here, youre rolling the dice with your money and satisfaction, and 90% chance you lose.I purchased a phone as a gift in December 2016 which I ended up having to return a few days later. Upon trying to return, the salesman was a complete unprofessional and fought me about my rights to return despite the store having a clear return policy during the holidays. The phone hadnt been even used. After a barrage of insults from this man, the manager was able to override the sad employee and return the phone.I thought that was the end until I had a charge appear on my bill in January for the full price of the phone. I found out that salesman had struck again and didnt properly handle the return just to save his commission, and instead had incorrectly re-charged me for the phone they had in their possession. Fast forward 3 months and Im still fighting to have this charge removed ONLY because Verizon customer service needs this store to rectify the error on their end, which they refuse to help with. Not only are the continuously disrespectful to customers, but to their own co-workers in customer service as well.Id rather go with a pre-paid flip phone than have to deal with this store again. What a shame. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Verizon at Costco or anywhere else.

Love that store is closeby. Ive had good experiences with their Tech Coach an app leading to real person who takes whatever times required til all is fixed!They are a full service outfit. I have experienced needing cell replacement & all long as we carry insurance, its replaced overnight. However, if they lack exact repjacement, youre stuck.

Giving Verizon a 1. Heres why. The process to buy is complicated, and that is when it works. Verizon online currently has a $20 upgrade promo and $300 off a galaxy. I go to the store and they answer questions and I say Ill take the phone. Its $300 off with a $40 upgrade fee. I ask them to match online $20 upgrade fee. They wont and say the customer experience I am getting warrants the extra $20 charge. I told them I could not rationalize why I should pay 20 more and they shrugged. So I laughed a bit and then left. Its the same thing as buying a Ford Truck and paying more for the same Ford Truck somewhere else. No one would do it. Might want to rethink a few things VZ

Would give half a star or no star if I could. The employees in the store were Terrible!! They were very Rude, unhelpful, and did not know what they were talking about. We tried to upgrade a phone on our current plan and they refused to help us. They said we could not buy a phone when we were account managers and when we called customer service they said store employees were wrong! DONT GO HERE!!!

Dont go there, open a account with them, and 2 weeks later they had two accounts in my name and charge me twice for opening service, from my bank account, showed them proof and they would not fix it, return phones back, and they did not want to deal with me, and even called customer service and still they wouldnt help me they said it the stores fault and the store says it Verizon fault. Bad experience.

I hope my recent experience at this location isnt becoming the norm. In the past I never had any problems here but this time I was either misled with false information or flat out lied to. I purchased a new phone and Jonathon told me I could get a tablet also for $99 and it would only be $5 more per month on my current plan so i agreed. 2 days later i got an email that my next bill was available to view so I decided to take a look and Ill keep it G rated and say I was upset. The tablet was twice as much per month than what I was quoted, there was a $42 activation fee, and my plan was changed without my knowledge. I called Verizon and discussed these matters. I was treated with the respect and understanding that I was used to. She took care of the activation fee and agreed with me to return the tablet to the store. The next day when I tried to return it there was a $50 restocking fee. I said that must be waived due to the fact that I was misled or more likely lied to. Quinten said he cant do that. I said someone is going to and asked to talk to a manager. He said there isnt a manager there so I called Verizon and explained my situation and when I informed them I was told there wasnt a manager to talk to Quinten, the person helping me, yelled that I was lying. The representative on the phone told me to walk away as I began to tell Quinten he told me that. All the sudden a lady who was seated nearby and had heard our conversation from the beginning stood up saying she was the manager. Verizon on the phone ask me to just let them do the return and leave the store which I did. After leaving I was still on the phone and he apologized and said thats not how they represent Verizon. I assume Quinten isnt with Verizon anymore but I wont find out because Ill never go to this location again. Highly recommend you stay away from this location especially Jonathon and Quinten.
