Rob and his team were fantastic through the entire process, from the estimate, financing, scheduling, and installation. We could not have had a better experience. The installation team was respectful, courteous, and very efficient. We look forward to having Keystone complete the remainder of our window project next year. If I had to say one thing that stood out the most to me was Robs personal approach, as well as his office staffs. I never felt like a number, I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer and an individual. Highly recommended!

I used another window company 2 years before I heard of KEYSTONE WINDOWS. They installed the windows and just caulked around the edges. I was pleasantly surprised when Keystone put flashing around all the windows. Not only were they better than the other company, they were also less expensive and did a better job. Very professional . Left the house cleaner than it was before they came. Im saving up for more windows in the future and I am DEFINITELY going to use them again. Highly recommend them.

ZERO customer service. One of my windows was broken during installation and I was left with shattered glass all over my yard and no plan for replacement from the installers. I had to call myself to find out what was happening as no one contacted me. I was basically given a cardboard window until a new window could be ordered. They expressed how upsetting the situation was, but offered no solution: no discount on the remaining balance, no acknowledgement when I mentioned my increased energy bills as the air leaked around the makeshift replacement. Just well order a new one. One of the screens is missing a part and its already coming away from the frame but no one ever called me back when I left a message about the issue. I had planned on replacing all of the windows in my home but will absolutely not use this company ever again.

From top to bottom, excellent. Started with Gary and his patience. Then the owner came out to do final measurements...the owner? Find that elsewhere. Finished with Dave and his professionalism and attention to detail. Hope you have a referral system---you may be getting some calls from my neighbors! Thanks again!

My windows are beautiful! Had 6 windows replaced in 4 hours! Len and his crew of 2 were polite, fast, efficient and patient with my 5 year old son who was very curious as to what they were doing and why. The capping was done beautifully as well. Im very happy with Keystone windows and they were the best price for the quality windows we bought. We paid 3800 which included 6 vinyl windows with Low E glass, double pane, and very insulated. There was NO snake dealing like Green Star Exteriors whose speil was, This is our price but well make you a deal and drop the price a little but you have to accept the price now or it goes back up. Keystone windows was honest from the gate and their prices are reasonable for the quality and workmanship.

Family business quality people and products!

The staff was very professional and neat, the salesman wasnt pushy but helped me pick the right choice of windows and was very helpful! The day they installed the windows was better than I expected, they were so quick - in and out before I knew it. The crew was very polite as well, they took care of my home and anything that had to be moved to get the windows was replaced exactly as is.

It was a wonderful experience beginning to the end. Salesman, owner and installer were all terrific. I love the windows look good and work good. Wish I would have called them first could not ask for a better experience.

A total pleasure from start to finish. The price didnt change along the way, there was no hard sell or endless calls after we got the estimate. Pricing was *slightly* higher than the radio ad but still far lower than any of the other estimates I got. The installation crew barely left a mark that I had to touch up. After the installation we noticed a cosmetic issue with one of the windows and the entire sash was replaced very quickly, so now I have a spare if needed. Dont bother calling anyone else, these are the people to hire if you dont want to be hassled.

We had a very large second story foyer window that needed to be replaced. We chose Keystone because they were down to earth and very straightforward with the quoting process answering any of our questions very promptly. Big thanks to our installation team, with the height and size of the window it was amazing to watch! They were really nice guys and left the area pristine. Couldn’t be happier with the project and will definitely use Keystone again when we start replacing the rest of our windows!

I had them out for an estimate. The owner was very nice and the window was of good quality. BUT.....The price was not $399.00 complete. Try $583. Its a nice window and probably worth the cost. They seem like a reputable shop, but drop the $399 gimmick.

We had a fine experience with Keystone Windows of Pennsylvania. Nine double hung and one picture window vinyl replacement were set in place by their insured installation crew, and capped properly with aluminum. The entire process was prompt and clean. The sale was haggle free and without the frills of smoke & mirrors. The replacement products are made in Pennsylvania, available at an excellent price, and properly warrantied. We highly recommend their services.

Keystone is in Pottstown, so I was able to work directly with the owner. He helped me analyze the pluses and minus of the 3 quotes I had and didnt try to push me one way or the other, which was very helpful. The installation was delayed because of weather, but we rescheduled for the following week and Rob and Leon did a good job. It took one day. They cleaned up after and the windows are a big improvement over what we had previous. It was a good experience and I recommend them

Great experience. I got 3 quotes for windows in a project home I was working on. Rob was the only one who did not use high-pressure sales tactics, and the prices were extremely competitive. Installation went flawlessly. Would definitely buy from again.

Was shopping for windows and then remembered the Exaggerated voice from the radio commercial for Keystone Windows. Called and Rob came out for estimate, we had 25 windows to replace. Rob showed us the windows, very good windows. We scheduled and had them all replaced by Keystone. The crew they sent led by Bernard couldnt have been any better, (due to inclement weather it took them 1 day longer then originally anticipated). Excellent all the way around. Thank you.
