Amazing Product!!! I could not have experienced better service and continued support from the guys at Pella. I am extremely pleased with the professional character and how quickly my new front door was installed. The price is a little steep for a front door, but the customizations were well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone & plan to continue using them in the future.

20 year old casement, flawed lower wood (our maintenance failure? -probably). Called Pella, contact promptly identified which window was problematic in records of this old multi window purchase. Arranged for part replacement by local Pella vendor. Only charge was for casement, itself, and technician/installation charge. I opted out of the painting fee and wielded the brush on my own. Pella is a class product; its fees reflect that, but they do not cut any corners in service and response to customer concerns. Their products are superior. Use em if you can afford to - subsequent care/service is respectful competent, and prompt. Make sure you adhere to maintenance expectations and youll treasure these special home features forever.

They have terrible customer service, we have to wait on quotes 2 month. We are buying a lot parts and sashes from them and it always problem with receiving a quote and processing the order. I wish to have another place to buy Pella product.We have asked to speak with management, no one ever called us. They not interesting in doing business, because thus doing their own services. Prices for parts are most expensive sometime as the whole window. If this continues to be like that, we will be advising all customers just do new window and Andersen or Marvin, not Pella.

Replaced six windows and the front entry door. Smooth experience start to finish. Salesman Ed Walsh was knowledgeable. Provided answers to all of our questions and quickly responded to emails.Installer Mike Ellis was amazing. Truly professional. Kept the work area clean, removed all the old materials, and did a top-notch job of installation. This was not a cookie-cutter install--there were several modifications that had to be done to the window framing. Not a problem at all for Mike and Guy. When we get ready to do our second floor, we will be requesting Mike for the installation.

Happy to invite Pella back to work on our home. A premium product done right. Everything came in as requested and expected. Working with Ed Kennedy was easy as usual. The respected all the adjacent woodwork and made everything look like new. All the extras we requested (caulk, old door adjustment, etc.) were provided too.

A really outstanding door. The installation of both doors went extremely well. In fact, the interior work matched up perfectly. No extra painting required. I love the fact that I could key both locks to the same key fast an easy. It took seconds. All-in-all they are outstanding doors.

It was also nice dealing with Scott Herman, my salesman. Even though my window was extremely expensive, this whole team gives me confidence that my window was installed right and will finally work on keeping water out of my house. Great job!

Ken Myers spoke Professional and was very Knowledgeable of Pella windows. My old windows you could hear the strong wind blowing through them. Ken Myers said my new Pella windows would be Insulated and no wind blowing through them. My new windows were everything and more than I could have Expected. Thanks you Ken Myers and Pella.

Very professional installation process. Extremely efficient. Job was completed in one day. I’m pleased with the workmanship and my new windows. My only regret is the appearance of the window frames on the exterior of the house. Because there is no capping on the outside where they removed the old storm windows, the old unpainted wood is exposed. This is not the fault of Pella. I only wish this was brought to my attention as a possible aesthetic problem during the initial sales meeting.

Paella contracted for whole house casement Windows, including patio door. Sales representative, John Bortz, was very impressive, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely no pressure to purchase! During the two days it took to complete the work, the installers (Scott, Senior Installer) and (Rickie, his fellow Installer) worked very hard, without breaks, and explained everything about the Windows and door. They are, without question, the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to receive service. NOW, the results of what they accomplished. The windows are absolutely beautiful. Two windows are in need of some minor adjustments insofar as blinds which do not completely close; however, I will call the company and I am certain they will handle this. The patio doors looks gorgeous, work very well and also have built-in blinds. The bottom line is that Pella has made our home beautiful. I would highly recommend Pella for all of your needs, and Pella should take pride in staff because they are nothing short of outstanding.

I would like to thank the young lady who helped me today. My window would not stay up and she spent time asking questions to help me order the right part and schedule a technician visit. I am pleased with the experience.

Just finished working with the Pella team. I am very happy my wife and I picked the Pella team for the windows we just bought from Pella and had Pella install. Pella is owned by Gunton, a corporate entity since 1932. I like having Corporate for back-up if anything goes wrong. Nothing did. Though corporate was there when a minor issue with the trim arose . Two supervisors did help with design on the project. Brian showed up to assuage a moment of anxiety. The install was 10 casement widows 72 tall 24 wide, stacked closely together to give the illusion of a wall of glass for a great view from the front of the house. The wall had a slight radius in it which added some complexity to the install. Pella and the installers, Steve, John, C.J., Vlad. I had called corporate at 4:30 in the morning. A gentleman named Clark picked up. We spoke. He called A.J. Luster who called Sal their top commercial expert in the field who later that day showed up on site and checked out the work and came up with a enhancing technique to the install. The point being you had to be on site to spot it. Sal was Johnny on the spot. Thanks SAL!Pella makes the best wooden windows on todays market as well as many other varieties of doors and windows and the ability to do flawless install.I received estimates from all the competitors, did my due diligence,and Pella/Gunton is the best value and quality on the market.

Great experience - Love my new windows!

The large window replacement in the master bath was not done well requiring a second work-around that took another 4 weeks waiting for the replacement parts. We also had a serious issue with the original team that did the install -cant disclose the issue because we cant prove it.

Bought a pella storm door. Within 3 months glass had large yellow spots. When I called to ask about replacement I talked to a very rude, condesending lady who basically told me it was sap from a tree and not Pellas problem. Ironically no trees around to cause sap and windows on either side of door unscathed. Wh at a waste of money. I bought a cheaper door for basement at the same time-it still looks great.
