Service at store is wonderful. Mike was very helpful today with assistance with my new cell phone. I would give 10 stars!! Also overheard other staff members interacting with customers and was impressed with the time they were spending answering questions and explaining features. Refreshing change of pace.

Great customer service. Mike was very friendly and quickly helped me return a router. He also helped me fix and issue with the Xfinity streaming app.

Carlton provided outstanding service. He answered all questions and offered me some great solutions to issues I came to discuss. He was great to work with. Xfinity is offering great products/services and they finally seem to have learned how to treat customers!

Xfinity has greatly improved their products and service in the past 5 years. Their Xfinity mobile by the Gig is extremely competitive in price to not only the big carriers, but the independent price cutters like Ting and Wing. Their customer service in their Pottsgrove store was outstanding. Attentive, professional and very helpful. Comcast has done a great job turning around their image of one of the worse customer service company to a top competitor with Xfinity! Impressive!!

Went to the store to swap out a defective DVR box. I was helped quickly and Mike swapped the DVR box for a new model, as well as, proactively mentioned that my Modem model looked out-dated. He provided a new Gateway modem for me to take. I really appreciated the upgrade, as my internet speed is now faster than every.Again, Mike was great! Very helpful and personable.
