Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Sarah had my problem fixed in minutes. Offices are spotless and parking is well available. I would refer anyone thats needs hearing aids to visit beltone.

Dr. Carl and the staff are very friendly, caring & knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns & help you to the best of their ability. I have worn hearing aides since a young age. My last 2 pair were from a larger corporation. I took my last pair in to be fixed, thought they were fixed only to leave & find out they weren’t. I then stopped wearing them. After approximately 20 years of not wearing them, a family nemeber referred me to Dr. Carl. She told me indeed that my hearing aides would not be able to be fixed which I kind of figured. She then did a hearing test, fitted me for new hearing aides & took care of my hearing aides through my insurance. I wouldn’t have known about my insurance possibly paying for them if she wouldn’t have told me that they would check into it for me. Thank you Dr. Carl and staff for helping me have better hearing again after all these years!

My dad is a regular patient of Doctor Lucht. Today I went to the appointment with my Dad and was able to witness how thoughtful, friendly and respectful he was towards my Dad and his other patients.Doctor Lucht spent close to 1 hr with us and even completed a referral for equipment that could help my Dad with his hearing issues.5 stars for his wonderful bedside manner and demeanor.

The Customer Service I received from Sarah Lucht Carl was beyond an A plus, just fantastic. Also, I received excellent service from Holly at the Pottsville location. We drive an hour and a half to the best Beltone audiologist ever - Sarah! We love Sarah and will drive however long it takes to see her. There is a Beltone audiologist about 15 minutes from where I live, but I will drive to see Sarah - she is the best!!!
