Went in with my husband who literally could not hear any conversations without repeating several times. Had a pair of seven-year-old hearing aids that were expensive but barely worn due to comfort. Chris gave a thorough exam and worked on hearing aids and we walked out with the ability for him to hear better than in years. Life changing experience!! It’s an enjoyable experience to visit. Michels has up-to-date equipment that rivals what’s found at my ENT’s office; probably even better. I’ve asked about new aids but rather just make a sale, Chris cleaned and upgraded my existing pair with new hardware. My current aids are even better, and at no cost to me. Our experience with Michels was fantastic. My husband just got his second set of hearing aids from Michels and he couldnt be happier. I went to Chris over 3 years ago and I was impressed with his professionalism and competence. He conducted the hearing tests and fitted me with the proper hearing aid. The most positive experience I have had in a long time. I received a thorough hearing test and evaluation. Was given multiple choices of hearing aids to choose from. After I received my hearing aids, I received phone calls from Michels, asking how I was doing and I have made multiple trips to the office in Pottsville, where Chris continues to adjust my hearing aids to further enhance my hearing needs.
