Bad service the lady answer me very rude. I was asking her if they have 5 inch material. She was not been patient very rude. I meed to send an email just to onow if they have 5 inch material really lady. The owner needs to step up on the game. Need professional people. I buy from here many times n the service they game very bad. Very rude rude.

Amanda was professional and helpful and friendly over the phone, which is not always the case with many companies. She took my order cheerfully and assured me the items she had to order would be available in about one week.

The lady who was the receptionist this morning should not be there. I called asking for general information on the company. She couldnt professionally tell me anything. She hung up on me 3 times. I was under the impression it was a disconnect but no. If you dont want to do you job, dont get mad at anyone else for doing theirs. I will just leave that there.
