This place is bar none the best auto body shop that I have ever dealt with! Trustworthy, professional and on time. They work with you and coordinate with the insurance companies to make sure you get your car fixed the right way. Cant say enough about Prestige. Got into an accident in Brooklyn once. The guys drove all the way down from poughkeepsie to tow my car so it wouldnt have to sit in some random shop or on the side of the road hours after the accident.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop and the gentlemen that work here. I was distraught when my brand new Subaru was hit in the parking lot at work but when I brought it here, all the worry subsided. I have been using Prestige Auto Body for years and have been very pleased with their work. Rob, Rocco and the rest of the Prestige team are the best. The most recent repair work was performed on the front end of my 2009 Toyota Sienna after we hit a deer. When we received the van back, it looked like a brand new van! Ive been bringing all my cars to Prestige and referring all my friends and family since the early nineties. I wont go any place else. Im very selective about who I recommend for any service because I dont want to feel responsible, but I can say with confidence that you cant go wrong with these guys. Rob has painted motorcycle gas tanks for my vintage collection, and repaired 8 or ten cars for me and my family;; most recently my son who is a new diver. Ive traded in cars that have had major accidents and even the dealers couldnt detect the repairs, and I have never been shocked by the price.

My truck was recently damaged from an encounter with a deer. I was very upset and the guys at prestige treated me like I was family. When my truck was finished I couldnt believe my eyes on how it was such an eye sore before now looks like it came off the showroom floor. Brought a car in for some minor insurance rear-end damage and had another repair done where I had some rust going on. Rocco was great with communication and working with my schedule to get the car in. The price was on the high side of the estimate, but not unreasonably so. The repair work was excellent, it looked brand-new when it came out of the shop. They even cleaned the interior (sorry about that, guys - I would’ve cleaned it up a bit and saved you some work!) and it looks great.Great experience, excellent work, good communication. No hassle at all dealing with insurance. I can definitely recommend this shop if you need some body and paint done.

What a disaster. Daughter gets into an accident cops call prestige to tow the car Literally 4 miles away to his location and because I would not pay this crook 4000 for the repairs he charges me 637 dollars for a tow and an estimate. Rob the owner would not release the car to my son unless he paid.

Its so strange to pick up car that looks better than it did new but Prestige finds a way to do it. They are the nicest family oriented group youll ever meet. They not only remember their customers even if its been years since you last saw them but they really care. They might have some OCD because everything is clean, organized and meticulous. They are entertaining and fun to watch because they are nonstop busy but find time to be personal. I cant imagine anyone saying anything negative because they really are perfect in every way. In fact if you read the low review the person got the wrong prestige. They dont even do the work he claims they do like brakes. You want the best, go to Prestige by Adams.

If you’re looking to have your car repaired or customized, it’s worth the travel (I bring my vehicles from ulster county to their Poughkeepsie shop) to know you’re getting the work done right.Most recently, I had my car repaired because I was rear ended at a traffic light. I have a newer car and was very happy to see that they fixed my car like new! During the process I received regular updates from Rocco about the progress of my job. He also dealt with the rental car company for me when they wanted me to turn in the rental before my car was ready.This place will give you a 5 star experience.

I have had Rob and Rocco work on our vehicles on at least 5 occasions since 2011. Every time the cars come back, they look better than before they went in. 3 cars were there due to accidents, not our fault. The care they take in getting it right is amazing. Matching colors and textures is an art that they have down better than anyone around. Just a bumper repaint? You will not get a better match than at Prestige. Do not take your baby anywhere else!

Tow truck driver is nothing but a vulture. Ripped off a accident victim. Towed the vehicle 10ft off the road and demanded $525.00 and would not take the vehicle off the hook until he was paid.

Rude & disrespectful from the start. The man does NOT know how to communicate with a customer. All I wanted was an estimate, but he got annoyed when I asked for a ballpark so I could decide whether I wanted to give the guy my car. He kept saying come back another day. If he was closing, all he had to say was Im just about to close or Im already closed, since it was 5:15. Very annoying person to have a conversation with.

They worked on my car a few months because of an car accident, they are hard workers. Ive no complaints, they go out their way to take care of their customers.

The owner, Rob, was a complete jerk. First off, he charged a ridiculous amount of money to store my car after I found out he couldnt do the work. I came later with a truck and tow dolly to tow it home and from the second we pulled in he was rude and insulting and threatened us for no reason. If he had been more respectful from the start, I wouldve kept the car there and had him fix it. Since he wasnt, I refused him the work and paid AAA to transport it somewhere else. Once in the truck, the driver told me about his own experieces dealing with rob, as well as the many people that have complained about Rob and how rude he is.I would recommend people NEVER pay Rob a dime! There are plenty of other places around that came get the job done. Dont ever use prestige auto body and towing!!!!! Worst experience ever!!
