The technicians at High End Automotive are fantastic, they really care for their customers. They were able to diagnose a problem in the sensor in one of my tires. They were able to get me in to fix it immediately on the next business day. I have been back there since and every experience has been positive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional work.

These are the absolute NICEST guys. I was having a really hard time getting my car inspected because no one could make time but I stopped here and they graciously took me right away and even changed my license plate lights for me. It may not seem like much but I really appreciated the prompt and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I had to diagnose an issue of a misfire in one of my cylinders and apparently my spark plugs needed to be replaced, it would take them 2-3 hours, and they got it done in around 2, my car runs much smoother now

7/12/19 I was highly referred by two other people and now I see why they receive such glowing reviews. Seldom do I find a business that impresses me as much as these gentlemen did. They are knowledgeable in BMW, and that is not easy to find. They got me in for an appointment in 2 days, with the challenge of my extremely limited availability.My service was completed in exactly an hour while Eli tended to the work and I had a chat with the owner. Both gentleman are extremely polite, professional, well presented, look you in the eye, and speak to you as an individual; not just a number. The office is clean and neat. The staff is professional and very friendly. Chairs are comfortable. You get a sense of trust with them.Work performed was precise, and price was shockingly affordable. They even topped off my fluids and noted a couple additional issues that I may want to have repaired in the future. There were no pressure sales. I am not easily impressed, especially when it comes to mechanics. I consider myself an expert at sensing manipulative sales tactics, after being in sales for 2 decades. There was none of that here.My experience at High End Auto will earn my repeat business, and 5 star review. I will be booking additional work in a few weeks. My inspection sticker was past due. I called all over looking for a decent price. I went to mavis on Parker ave one day to have something looked at and told them my problem.. They said take it to High End Auto...they will do you right. So I called, made an appt, and took my car in. Not only did they save me money, they fixed everything, and my car passed inspection! High end auto is my new go to place for car repair. Love this place. And not to leave out the super friendly customer service. First day I went there I passed out in the lazy boy chair they had and slept for like 2 hours. Best sleep I ever had. Lol! 😆 I highly recommend High End Auto.
