New county is the only place Ill take my vehicles for body repairs. Bobby and his team do it right the first time. I had gotten a estimate from my insurance company and I did not want to use the repair shop they suggested. Once Bobby got a better look he discovered more damage. He contacted the insurance adjuster got the approval for the added work. I didnt have to lift a finger!I am totally satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend New Country to anyone in need of repairs. They will earn your trust as they have earned mine.

Professionalism is rarely seen these days but always appreciated. These people are like family to me in the beginning it was just the first honest mechanical and body shop that I ever found. Bobby handles his business impeccably. Ronnies knowledge of motor vehicles is vast I have learned so much from him because he actually takes the time to explain to me what goes on with the vehicle over time. My car was hit in the rear and I took it to New Country the service was exceptional they completed the estimate and started on the car, that I had nothing to do. When the car was completed it looked like it was never hit. The quality and service was outstanding and I would recommend New Country to everyone.

The work was great, it didnt take forever and the price was very reasonable. They also vacuumed my interior and cleaned the cab. I would like to thank New County Collision for such an amazing job on the deer accident I got into. They even dropped me off the to the rental when I had no ride and when my car was done, they dropped it back off to the rental place. A nice detail inside and they fixed my tire valve that was leaking for free (the valve was damaged before my accident). Thank you guys!

10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family. Very clear and concise in what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and how they were going to do it. Took the time to go through each part that would be ordered and where they would be purchased from. Most importantly you cant even tell my car had body work and they genuinely seem to care. I was alerted to a prolem with my insurance that was delaying work from them before my own insurance company told me.

Bob and the guys at New Country always provied excellent service in a timely fashion. Never had and issue once, and unless the business comes under new ownership I can promise youll have no issues either. This place is my go to for body work and mechanical repairs!

Bob did a great job restoring our 2013 Honda Pilot after a collision with a concrete barrier. We appreciated that Bob provided periodic updates on progress during this major repair. Bob went above and beyond by also checking out our AC unit at no extra cost to us while he was doing the other work on our vehicle. Absolutely could not be happier.

New Country Collision was fantastic. I recently had my sons vehicle repaired there and they made the process simple. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and made sure that I had a rental car available when dropping off my car. They indicated the job would take 4 days and that is exactly how long it took. I would definitely go back to them again in the event I need auto body repair.

I cannot talk highly enough about this shop and each person I dealt with. I had the unfortunate need for their services twice in a month, my car was hit twice while parked; once in the rear and once in the front a week after the initial repair. Both times the shop dealt with all the particulars with the insurance companies and the rental to make sure everything was done in my favor. I never leave reviews but felt I had too this time. My husband recently got into a car accident and Allstate Insurance gave us New Country Collision as an option. Weve never been there before but decided to try them. I had some damage to my car and needed it fixed as soon as possible. The communication and service was exceptional. It didnt take long to get my car back. It was ready within 5-6 business days, no issues with the work they performed so far and they even vacuumed/washed my car!! I couldnt believe it! I would definitely recommend them as they seem honest, friendly and take pride in their work..

Stopped in yesterday for an estimate and the owner took me right in. Was super courteous and accommodating. Had me in and out in a matter of minutes. I was involved in a hit and run accident were someone side swiped my car in the parking lot their was 2 super deep scratches that were left on the passenger side of my car. I called around to get an estimate of how much it would cost to get it repaired and was suggested this place. I called and was told to bring my car in so they could check it out and give me an estimate. So I showed up and they actually offered to fix it free of charge. I tried to give them a tip for the work but they would not accept it. Some of the most honest and nicest people I’ve ever met. Thanks again.

Went to New Country Collision for an estimate after my wife’s car was involved in an accident. Bob was friendly and professional He wrote an estimate and ordered parts needed so they would be there when I dropped the car off for repairs The repair was done on time and cannot tell the vehicle was ever in an accident which is the whole idea!! Will definitely recommend and use them again if ever needed.

Brought my car here due to the recommendation of my my regular mechanic after a hit-and-run accident. When I dropped my car off here the only dashboard light that was on was my tire light (because during a hit-and-run accident somebody had ruined my tire and hub cap.) When I picked my car up a light was on and it looked like my check engine light. Since they had told me they had done so many diagnostics I thought this must be a mistake and maybe it will go off when I turned the car on and off again. Unfortunately it did not go away. I advise you to AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. What theyre doing here is highly questionable and concerning because they claim the check engine light was on when I brought it in to the shop and I know with certainty it was not.

It was difficult to give a rating for New Country. Reading through the other reviews, youll see that Bob Aaron is a pretty cool guy, and he is. Bob is very personable and helpful and responsive! New Country did everything they could to ensure that I got my car back before the day I requested, so I was thrilled by that. I was even thrilled that they seemingly did a solid job on the roof/glass repair and small paint job they performed on my car.I was not thrilled, however, with the exit interview, so to speak. Bob claimed that his guys touched up some spots on my car while in the paint booth, which was just a flat out lie. Of course, its possible he just wasnt aware of the actual work his guys were doing on the car, spotted the area in question, and decided to claim it as his own.All in all, the work was done well, and Im not gonna say the prices were fair, theyre a little steep. The minor work done for me was good quality, however. I just wish that Bob carried himself to be a little bit more truthful and honest with his customers. Honesty is key in the car business.EDIT: I received an e-mail from Bob the owner, and decided to lower the review to 2 stars. He insinuated that I was not being truthful on my part, but more importantly, contacting me about my review was entirely uncalled for. When I left with the work done to my car, I was invited to leave a review, good or bad, and I left an honest one. Receiving an e-mail from the owner thats borderline harassment is the real reason Ive decided to lower the rating by a star, however I will state that I am still pleased with the actual work that was done.

For years now, I have brought my car to New Country for every bump, dent, ding, crack, scratch or other blemish caused by both animate and inanimate objects that hit my car. Soooo this little old man banged his car door against mine. Oh noooo!!!!! This is the second time I have had a job completed by New Country Collision. The jobs are completedprofessionally and efficiently. The car looks and operates as new. Bobby is a stand up guy who you can trust. I did get a second estimate from the highest rated collision shop in the Poughkeepsie area. While they seemed very professional, they wanted an additional thousand dollars for work which I later found was unnecessary.

I am very disappointed and frustrated. I had a minor hit and run in the backside of my car. Mostly cosmetic type work. This was not a serious damage. The car was still driveable. I took my car to Bob for an estimate. He inspected the car to prepare the estimate. I also had the damage inside front dashboard. My Air cond, Fan and other control was somehow broken and were functional. I told Bob and her secretary twice that this is very imortant to me. I wont be able to drive in summer without my AC, Fan and other control. If insurance does not cover, I will pay from my pocket. Bob wanted to get the job so he gave me a very promising rosy picture saying that this fix is nothing I will do it without even charging you for it. Today, he completed the job and called mr to pick up my car. He told me that he could not fix the fron dashboard as he promised and gave all kind of excuses. All I would like to say to other people tjhat please have him give you in writing what he says otherwise you will be screwed. He is a very dishonest man he lied to me he can lied to anybody. Watch this guy and deal with him very carefully. By God this is true and his secretary is witness. She is working for him so she may deny any of this which I can understand. She got have this job.
