I’ve worked with Beth on getting flooring for my home renovation and she has been a pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable and helpful when we went to the showroom and allowed us to take samples home to review which really helped in the selection process. Ill admit that we should have had this review up a couple months ago, but that has given us extra time to evaluate the overall purchase and include it in this review. We had an excellent experience with ProSource and are really happy to have worked with Matt. We went to quite a few places in the area when looking for wood floors for a major house renovation and instantly decided on the flooring we ultimately purchased when we saw it on a return trip to ProSource and then worked with Matt throughout the process. We purchased between 2500 and 3000 sq ft and ended up with a price we were happy with but the real value came from working with Matt, who not only ensured our product arrived in great condition and exactly as expected and in the right quantity, he also helped us overcome an error with respect to the bullnose we ordered that was entirely on us and did it all without compromising a very tight timetable for our home and inspection and also during the pandemic, which created shortages, shipping challenges, etc. And, now, a few months later, we love our floors, are very happy with the quality and appearance and are happy to provide a 5.0 out of 5.0 for both ProSource and Matt.

These guys are great! My wife and I are essential employees so by time we got to there store/ showroom it was 4:30 . They did not rush us in showing products or making choices. What a find tucked away in Poughkeepsie, NY. Two associates during the pandemic showing nothing but pride in their jobs. One the Showroom Manager Greg and the other Account Manager Matt. These two gentleman went out of their way to assist both I and the lady on items for a new build in the works. Amazing attention to detail and found out there are still people who pay attention to what people are saying while making life changing purchases.They spoke both professionally and honestly in their presentation of the vast array of products they have for homeowners from all types of flooring to bath fixtures to what was our surprise ; cabinetry and counter tops. Cant thank a competitor from a local store enough for the slip of their tongue regarding these guys. Highly recommended!!!

Doing a small reconfiguration in my kitchen and need a dozen tiles to match a job from more than 10 years ago. Beth was able to find the tile immediately and order them for us.

So glad we found this place. We needed floor/wall tile for entryway/bathroom/kitchen and ProSource turned out to be a one stop shop. Their selection is huge, even overwhelming. Beth welcomed us and just let us roam around, she is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. She made this process very easy. We took some samples home to see them in each room and brought them back a few days later. We ordered the first set and kept the rest of the selections on file until we are ready for them. All in all Beth is absolutely awesome and we are relieved at least part of remodeling was painless. :)

Cassandra has been absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge is exceptional. I also appreciated her not trying to up sell us on everything, instead finding perfect matches within our budget. Went to pro source to try to match a sample that I was given by a very expensive place in New York City. They not only knew exactly what it was right away but gave me a large floor sample to take home so I can get the wifes approval. Haha.Bill and Beth were very helpful, and Im looking forward to ordering my new flooring! For much less than I was expecting.

I stopped into ProSource after visiting my local DIY stores searching for kitchen backsplash tile choices.I was immediately greeted by Cassandra B. who directed me to a well stocked tile selection and told to look around a bit. After 15 minutes Cassandra asked if I had questions and proceeded to direct me to tiles that I might like.Cassandra listened to me and was familiar with her inventory. She helped me hone in on a few “top contenders” and I chose one of her suggestions.All the staff was courteous and professional.Overall A very good experience.

Nice showroom, and nice employees.. however I have to say the showroom manager Greg is the most arrogant person Ive ever met, I have been a client there for years and bought tons of flooring, but will not return again because of the sheer incompetence and arrogance of the new showroom manager. Their service was so bad that I had to cancel our order. I am still waiting for the refund to be seen on my credit card so that we can go to another store to start the process over again. We had to call them more than once to place the order and then had to contact them again when they missed their promised dates. When making contact with them I was informed that the sales person had so many emails to tend to that mine must have been in the heap. I also made phone calls to the sales person that was never answered until I placed a text to his phone. Even then the answers came slowly. At that point I realized that my $4000 order was not as important as the $10,000 orders they receive. Its a shame because we liked their products but their service is not worth investing in. Would not give them more than the one star if not for the quality of rugs I handled. Too bad I did not get a chance to get what we ordered in the fashion promised by them. In MY opinion.......NOT a reputable firm

Second time in 2 years that my order was messed up. The first time I received a substantial discount due to the issues that occurred, this most recent order I am still waiting to see how it gets resolved.

Pro source has been an amazing reference for my husband and I. Beth is knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed in order to place new floors in our basement. I had planned on purchasing pergo and even had the color I wanted. Beth advised me to take a look at COREtec and see if something caught my eye. She was right, I immediately found the color that I was dreaming of. Once we got the floor, install was easy in a sense. Although our space is rather large and lots of cuts needed to be made. My husband and I were able to complete the job with basic tools and a day and a half. The floor has a nice give to it and has a nice texture, you don’t feel like it’s a laminate floor. I strongly recommend Prosource, their professionals and COREtec floors for basements! Worth it! Thanks Prosource. I should note my parents also worked without a Beth and were very pleased with her services.

My contractor sent me to Prosource because he said that they had the best selection and the best prices. He recommended that I not go to Lowes or Home Depot to shop because the material there is a lower quality. Prosource did have the best prices except on two occasions, but they were able to beat the price I found elsewhere. So, not only were the prices better, but the customer service far exceeded any other flooring place I went to. It was well worth the hour drive to get there. Cassandra Brown, helped me every step of the way. She listened carefully to what type of tile and wood flooring I wanted. From there, she was able to pull samples that suited my taste. It saved me a lot of time, not having to go through every tile rack! She stayed in close contact with me throughout the ordering process as well. When one of the tiles I picked turned out to be discontinued, she called every place to try to find enough tile for my needs. When that didnt work, she pulled more samples and sent me photos so that I wouldnt have to make the hour trip. I ended up going to a local store and selecting a tile and then Cassandra was able to beat the price. We had a large order and she kept me updated as to when everything came in to the store. At one point, I realized that I added an additional tile and I never ordered the grout. I asked Cassandra to please match a grout with the tile and order it. She did and she matched it just how I asked. The wood we ordered turned out to be not as clear as both Cassandra and I had expected. She immediately called her rep and the owner of the store and started working on a solution. Within one day, she had three viable options for me to try to make it right. It was definitely not the fault of Prosource, but they worked with me and we were able to find a solution. I ordered a vanity and cabinets from them as well. So, I really ordered 95% of what we needed from Prosource. The other 5% I ordered from a local plumbing store and Amazon. I will definitely be sending my friends to Cassandra and I certainly will be returning to Prosource if we are going to need any tile or flooring in the future. Thank you Prosource!

My husband pays a yearly fee to be a member there, but this place lets everyone in off the street for no fee, what is this game they are playing, they say they are a contractor and client supplier only, however anyone is sold to.. When confronting the sales manager about this he was told money is money.. well you just lost ours and our fee.
