Absolutely delicious.Perfectly cooked fries! I ordered a whole wheat 🌾 toast 🥪 with turkey bacon 🥓 spinach, hot peppers 🌶 & mustard and it was very tasty. Ate it before taking a pic 🤳Also had their Harnold Ice tea, flawless mix of tea & lemonade with right amount of sweetness. My son & I had an excellent experience, friendly service, good ambience and impeccable environment!!

Excellent breakfast, coffee, and customer service!Came in over the summer and forgot to leave them some love. I ordered a chicken wrap with a hash brown and potato chips and an iced Chai latte. A bit too much time has passed for me to flesh out the details but I remember chatting with the staff behind the counter for awhile and they made me feel like an old regular. That hash brown was sooooo good, so perfectly crispy on the outside and warm and soft inside. Nice portions at an affordable price.

My first time here! Wanted to catch an early train on the weekend and ventured out to find some coffee, having enough time before departure. This is a cozy coffee shop open early on Saturdays, about a 5 min walk from the metro-north station. Will be back to try more of their stuff. Lots of folks trickled in as I was leaving. Cheers!

Pretty standard egg sandwich, Good price, nice fresh bread, I asked for it to be cut in four and they said they would buy didnt, so that was SLIGHTLY annoying but I heard them giving the instructions, so I know it wasnt the front person...But their chicken and waffles... I still dream about them. Absolutely will go back for those.

Best breakfast I’m Poughkeepsie hands down! I had a veggie omelette and green bean fries it was to die for and the coffee was so delicious!! Great job guys I’m now a loyal customer!! Next time I’ll try the waffle

The pecan waffle is out of this world. Their Americano is one of the best Ive ever had. Incredible egg white omelette also. This place is definitely a must try if youre in Poughkeepsie. 5 stars!

First time here and its the best cafe in Poughkeepsie!!! I got the buffalo chicken wrap and its the best buffalo chicken wrap Ive ever had. The chicken wasnt dry and they were very flavorful. It was very filling and the fries are hand cut and good. My sister got the bacon waffle and she loved it. The waffles are a good size, savory and tasted homemade. We also got a latte that was really good and they had non dairy options. Good quality food and coffee. Their customer service is A1. The employee make you feel like regulars and give you a very personal experience. Definitely a very innovative and hip cafe. 100% recommend. They dont have much seating but that just makes it cozier. Definitely will be coming back here!!

I only got a red-eye coffee (it did the job), but next time I will definitely be ordering the food because it looked and smelled fantastic! I thought the place was really adorable on the inside. The staff were really sweet too!

When you walk in, youll be greeted with a welcoming decour and friendly staff. Theres a simple menu up on the wall because everything they do make looks and tastes absolutely divine.Everything on the plate was freshly cooked and delicious. The chicken was tender and incredibly crispy, not even slightly oily or greasy at all. The waffle was amazingly light and fluffy on the inside, and just the right amount of crunch on the outside. If you wanna go grab a coffee or a bite to eat, Poughkeepsie Grind is the place to do it.

For some reason this is a little known hot spot of PK. These waffles are fantastic with more then a few different styles to choose from. Espresso is delectable and it has a nicely homie feel when you walk in the store. Call in to get a togo order or take a seat at one of their few tables and you wont be disappointed. Its always crowded in the morning but worth the small wait as they go through orders very quickly. Just stop in for some waffles already.

Best cup of coffee in Poughkeepsie (eat your heart out Starbucks!). Hot but not searing, strong without the bitter aftertaste. Perfect over medium egg sandwich. Clean, warm and inviting establishment. Greeted by a very friendly staff in the morning on my way to the train which is what I want as I start my long commute. They’re a flagship for the city’s continued revitalization.

A popular local hangout judging from the crowd when we were there. Counter staff were friendly, and espresso and breakfast sandwiches were outstanding. Not many tables and a good takeout business can mean it takes longer than you might want for your morning shot, but its worth the wait.

Most spectacular waffles Ive ever had in my entire life, anywhere in the world!! It boggles my mind trying to figure out why theyre so much better than everyone elses waffles. (Unicorn dust, maybe?)

Had a quick visit for coffee and breakfast. Coffee was very good, egg white omelette with turkey bacon was terrific. Service was great and very cordial. They were certainly on top of things for my visit.

The best. Stop and enjoy the Grand in the Grind. Great spot with a great atmosphere. The art is cool and the brews are too, or hot if that is how you like it. There is alot to choose from, drink or food, and always good. It is located on Main Street, just look for the eye in the pyramid, and you found The Poughkeepsie Grind.

First time here, had the perfect egg and bacon on a croissant. They also serve a local tea brand I love! Very friendly staff, cute and cozy environment with lots of art. Cant wait to try more menu items, including the pastries 😊 will be back again to this little gem.

The food, coffee, service and environment of this place are all great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite and a coffee. My only problem is that it it very expensive. Other than that I had an excellent experience and enjoyed myself.

What a great little spot. The owner here was very accommodating and went way beyond to make us feel at home when we were stuck in a court case in poughkeepsie.........700 miles from home. Oh and the coffee! Super good as well as the food. Go support local!

Trust the reviews on Google! Had a great, quick, and affordable breakfast. We stayed in Poughkeepsie after a Yankees game so the all-day breakfast menu was great after sleeping in. Its a cute, small place with good coffee and nice people. The omlette with hash brown & sausage inside was delicious. Street parking was easy.

Honestly, this place is super cozy. Got the nice homey vibe and the food here is delicious, and comes out on time even when its busy. The staff is super nice and friendly, and the customers are cool too.

Friendly little coffee shop. I stopped in for a bite while riding the Duchess Rail Trail. I was concerned about leaving my bike outside unlocked and the staff let me bring it inside. The Italian chicken wrap hit the spot, as did the coffee. Very friendly service and a nice relaxed vibe.

Boy oh boy is this place a treat. This is a an excellent addition to the local businesses in the Poughkeepsie area. Situated right across from the Derby, this quaint little coffee and brunch spot is great for early afternoon lunch and an early morning cup of joe. The service and the people here were very nice and the Fruity Pebbles French Toast i ordered was delicious. Very clean inside and the decor was on point. This is 100% my new go to for coffee.

Been going there since the first week theyve opened and I couldnt imagine myself going anywhere else. Their service is top notch and an extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Met the owners at a coffee and tea fest last weekend and loved their coffee and their vibe. Stopped in today for a late breakfast and tried the waffles like they recommended.Waffles are delicious and melt in your mouth and the bacon was cooked to perfection. We tried their Iced Caramel Macchiatos and they were so yummy.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Great prices and generous portions.We can’t wait to go back!!!

They are always willing to go above and beyond. Now that brings me to the owners, what can I say? Hmm theyre not that awesome....lmao jk The owners are amazing. Down to earth, funny and they work well together. Its a husband and wife team and they smash it. I think it works so well because they truly like, love and respect each other. Want to give young couple an idea on how a mariage should look, let them watch these two work together. And to top it all of shes pregnant. Still smiling, still laughing and still delivering one happy customer after another. Just amazing, thank you guys... Now never leave Poughkeepsie!
