Needed wide format copies. Was told they could be ready tomorrow or $8 more for express printing which would take 25 minutes. $15 and over an hr later my job was done. Then I leave only to get a call to come back cause they missed a print.....Not sure how people use them.

I had to print some phones with specific paper and alignment. Matthew was having problems due to printer issues. He took his time, printed several copies showing me each one u til it was perfect, then proceeded to print the rest. Professional and patient.

I sent an important colored print job to this store (party invitations) via the Staples online website. The team there gave me a call to let me know their printer was not working properly, but offered many solutions to complete my print. They emailed me a picture of what the print looked like and when I didnt like it they offered to pick up the print from another Staples, bring back to the Poughkeepsie location, and I could just pick up there after. I was bummed at first hearing their printer wasnt working, but so happy they went above and beyond to get my print done in time. The print was beautiful and I was extremely happy/satisfied. Thank you so much!

Always had good experiences with store. The service is fast friendly and professional.Heres a story, I needed a document bound. went to the Wappingers location there were two people behind the counter and no line and was told to come back in two hours (again this was the Wappingers staples) I left and came to this staples.There was one guy behind the counter and there was a line and he got it done in under 15 minutes. I think his name was Paul or some biblical name, however, Thank you man

Went in to make a purchase, but while my husband and I were browsing we were approached by both Paul and Susan to ask if we needed assistance. I was speechless and felt intimidated especially by Paul who is not a small guy. Susan walked away and went into the office before making sure we didnt need the assistance they were offering. I guess what we needed was in the office. Great way for management to treat customers.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by this store and it’s management. I purchased TWO pairs of wireless earphones here, $30.00 each, and BOTH of them were broken. The second time I wasn’t out of the store more than 45 minutes and called to see if I could at least exchange them because I do know you can’t return them because of covid, which I completely understand but I wanted to EXCHANGE them. I don’t care what they do with they can throw them out for all I care I just wanted a pair that WORKED and all the guy could tell me to do was to call the manufacturer. And apparently there was a protection plan, but the employee never even mentioned it when I was checking out. NEVER WILL I SPEND MONEY HERE OR AT ANY STAPLES!!!! BEWARE DONT SHOP HERE!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had when trying to pick something up from the one hour pickup. I give credit to the general manager, Ron, for dealing with my belligerent attitude. So...heres the story: my wife ordered me a gaming chair for one hour pickup as a surprise. The money came out of her account, she got an email and text message confirmation about the order. Go to pick it up at the store and they tell me the debit card was declined and they couldnt fulfill the order. After showing screenshots of everything that we got and even showed the transaction that came out of the account. Not only did I not get the chair, we didnt get the money back. Guess we will have to dispute it with the bank. I will drive 100 miles to go somewhere before I set foot in a staples again. I refuse to spend another dollar there. They should either fix their broken system or not even make it a feature.

Their policy of returns is not on the side of the consumer. I purchased an upright PC and monitor for a total of $650. They both failed at home. I attempted to return them for another and better model, with intent to pay whatever exceeded the $650, but ran into corporate hell. Because I had paid for the merchandise in two manners, $500 in cash and the remaining $150 on credit card, I could not make an exchange. I was told my money would be refunded by mail to my home in the form of corporate check in ten business days. WTF, I gave them $500 in cash. Open the cash register and give it back. I can understand the credit card portion of the payment requiring three business days to be credited. But the $500 in cash? I needed that cash in hand to purchase the replacement computer. No, I was told. I would have to shell out whatever the replacement PC would cost then and there. That is how corporate does it, I was told over and over. The computer wont let me override the sale, I heard over and over. Now here is the worst part. I spent over an hour in the store waiting for the manager to reach corporate so he could give them my address to send the corporate check too. After an hour of waiting while the manager was waiting for a call from corporate I had to leave, leaving my purchase behind, down $650 dollars with no word from corporate. The manager said if I returned tomorrow he would have the refund on its way and he would hold the second PC in his office for me, which I would need to pay some seven hundred dollars for. Does this policy seem fair to you? As consumers, do we have the luxury of walking into Staples, bringing an expensive technical item to the cash register, have it packed up, then saying, Thank you very much. Please expect a $2094. 63 check in the mail from my corporate funds for this purchase, as we walk out the door. I think not.

Staples is a train wreck.... after website said laptop in stock and ready for pickup in 1hr, people here have no record of order and no laptops.... manager has helpfully told me that I “must have done it wrong” — after I drove here one hour.

Went to this store to look for an office chair. There were at least 15 chairs to choose from and a nice range of process, as well. There was no sales pressure but when we did have questions the sales people were attentive and knowledgeable.

Creepy older lady employee out front smoking a cigarette. Stared at me the entire time I walked to my car. As I sat in car she kept staring. Then she walked right up to my vehicle and slowly walked around it like she was looking for something. I rolled window down and said can I help you? To which she continued to stare while walking back into store.. Very Strange interaction. Keep this one in the back doing non-customer facing things as she might scare little kids, or even grown men.

Dont get laminations done here. I work in an office and our laminator broke down and we needed 5 laminations done. They told me over the phone it would only be a couple bucks, and the price came out to $20. Not only that, they did a terrible job. The pages were all completely off center and there were bubbles all up and down the sides.

New store so theyre putting on a show of friendliness. We still find Staples mostly unhelpful and usually they lack what we need (Amazon is our go-to), but for shipping we use UPS.We came in to send some packages at the Staples UPS Kiosk and regretfully forgot to tape one box. Staples charged us $1.00 for two pieces of packing tape. Were not cheap, but the packages cost us $100 to send, so the nickel-and-diming of the tape was a bit absurd and not appreciated.If any Staples executives care to read reviews, which we doubt they do since Staples in the only show in town, please change this $1.00 surcharge for tape—Staples nets $22 billion annually in sales and we hardly doubt that free packing tape at the UPS Kiosk will put them in the hole.Also, we keep tabs on public announcements: on March 15, 2016b(which at the time of writing this review, is today), Staples announced Staples Easy System which is supposed to deliver more value to the Customer/Businesses—amazingly, were at a loss as to how charging for tape is more value ? — (more value for Staples).
