Good stuff. Sad to see the business is for sale.

They do not wear gloves. The girls are scratching their hair and handling your food. They handed me my spoon holding the part I put in my mouth with their bare hands. Another time they put my spoon on the dirty counter. The utensils are not individually wrapped, just in a drawer. I had to tell an employee to wash her hands when she started her shift. All of this happened at the one on Vassar Rd.

Gotta love thier icecream. You can get extra chocolate crunchies too!!

As a lifelong icecream addict, lol, I have always and still do savor the delicious, soft, creamy ice cream flavors and texture of Carvel. They offer a variety of toppings such as chopped nuts, sprinkles, crunchies and much more. You can have your choice of a cup or two types of cones (sugar and wafer).Of course, Carvel is also well known for their personalized, specially designed and shaped ice cream cakes (in different sizes) with crunchies inside.In addition to all this, Carvel makes and sells pre-packaged icecream in their freezer section such as flying saucers, sundaes, etcetera.

Horrible. We came on a Sunday, 4/25/21 at around 5:30. Person behind the counter was clearly in a rush and didn’t want to be there.Ordered two Carvelanches which were pathetically made. The small wasn’t even filled 3/4 of the way and the large was filled with what looks like was a small. When questioned about the size, we were told, “all of them have the same amount of ice cream.”So why am I paying for a large when a small has the same amount of ice cream? Literally ended our Sunday sadly because we were excited for ice cream.Worse carvel ever. Won’t be coming here again. I’d leave no stars if I could.

2020...On November 12th at around 7:25pm, I received excellent customer service from an amazing employee. I dont know her name but its clear that she knows how to do her job very well. She was very polite, effective and efficient. Ill definitely do repeat business with this location.

I love this store. They have ice cream and great ice cream cakes and they will even put a photo on the cake. The staff are cheerful and friendly and the store is always clean.

Was here 12/ 12 buy one get one ;)Always clean, family /owners friendly.I have always purchased FRESH never refrozen product.Store is in bad spot for easy parking.

I had a very good experience at Carvel today the young lady was very pleasant and organized.

Came in for newer ice cream and said I want that one in the picture. After it was made it didnt look like the picture n tasted like that. He was rude said I cant do like the picture! I then asked for refund and gave me an issue! Did not want to give me refund! He remade another in a smaller size then I originally paid for. DONT GO!

The staff is courteous and professional. The chocolate milkshake is delicious. Traffic wise the location is a bit dangerous pulling in and out of traffic. The facility was clean.

You think they would hire enough staff to handle the customer load, and that the one girl working would at least know how to make the item on the menu or work the cash register.... it is just ice cream after all.... train your staff and staff your store instead of being cheap about it

The mint soft serve ice cream and chocolate dip was BEYOND expired.. surprisingly didnt get sick.😰 really disappointed

Facility was well taken care of, ice cream looked presentable, young lady working was sweet as could be amd very curteous, very concerned that there seems to be only one girl working at the store especially in the dark
