So twice now Dale at store #4NSW in Poughkeepsie has given outstanding service. This man goes above and beyond to help his customers. The higher ups really need to take notice of this mans work ethic and reward him. I travel 15 miles and pass another store just to have Dale help me. And will continue to patronize that store as long as I receive the fantastic service Dale provides.

I have woe with Gentry a few years ago. She is knowledgeable, pleasant.friendly and patient.My phone “died” the first week in June. I workedWith Dale & Matt for a few hours. They were very patient; I bought a new phone. Today GentryFixed a new problem.You should be proud that these 3 represent your company so efficiently & pleasantly.

Greetings EveryoneWas really pleased to hear that people had greatcustomer service at this store I suppose everyone has different experiences and I respect that however must share my 2!First went here with my dad who is a veteran and ladies attitude was just awful but we kept it moving thinking she may have had a bad day as we all do I know I have had plenty during these times !Then went today and explained to them that people thought something was wrong with me as I had been ill and phone was going to voice mail, she insisted it was a billing issue I told her it was not but asked her if she could call customer service while there to see if I can just handle the billing issue or problem with my phone and resolve it, she told me she could not call customer service! I asked her what do they do then !I then went to the Galleria mall guy there took my phone sorted problem out and it was not a billing issue! I Honestly recommend Galleria or Store near Stop N Shop Dutchess Turnpike or if you wanna take a ride Newburgh are all the absolute best in my experience and their customer teams are just outstanding ! The Dutchess turnpike store has even called me to make sure I wasn’t having anymore problems times I’ve gone there!

Alan, Matthew and another gentleman. Absolutely went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I get transferred over from ATT and it took forever for everything to work with our 6 lines. The patience and compassion that they all showed us during such a rough time in life during a pandemic in itself is hard but just in general being such decent people. Really really amazing. So far the service has been great! The crew stayed 2 hours after they closed just to ensure that we were taken care of, we really can not thank them enough for taking such great care of us! 1000/10 recommended

The store manager Dale is amazing! Very helpful, very upfront, and super patient. Everyone in the store is very friendly and polite. Juan is a sales rep who was super knowledgeable and helpful as well.. it was time consuming.. BUT Dale was a team player.. go see him if you can :-) outstanding service!

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and helped right away! The assist manager, Alex went out of his way to accommodate us. In fact, he went above and beyond for us! He answered all of our questions fully without making us feel uncomfortable for not being up on the technology. I would definitely send friends and family to this store, even though its 30 miles away from my house!

I’ve been with ATT for over ten years. I’m very happy to have switched to sprint. The main reason I did it was due to the staff at this location. The manager and his crew are pretty awesome. They are friendly and very professional. I love their personality. They are very genuine as they help you decide what’s the best program for you. Sprint needs more agents like the people at this store.

I left 2 phones at the store location and exchanged for better phones. Im still getting billed for the phones that I left. The customer service was less than professional. Coverage isnt that great either.

We are just upgrading our phones for the 5th time with Sprint, and would not do it with anyone else other than Alex. He has helped us upgrade from our first phone and we thought he was the best from day one. He is our favorite and we call the store before we go to make sure he is there. He is very nice, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We want to thank him and tell you, you found the best!

There was an issue with my phone which required the manager. He took over an hour out of his time to make sure my issue was resolved. He was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. For now on when ever I️ have an issue I will always go here.

I came in recently to fix my fiancés phone, we had such a great experience that I ended up switching over from Verizon. Gentry was very friendly, and very knowledgeable.The low prices and excellent customer service made the decision to switch easy. This was by far our best experience at a sprint store and we will continue to use this location.

Got a new phone good service

I was immediately greeted by Gentry. Best customer service EVER at any Sprint store thus far!!!!! Let me tell you if youre having the worst day ever she will make it better. Not only did I get a new phone (Samsung Note 8), but she was able to transfer all my data off my old phone which had a blank screen. She wasnt just pleasant but she was funny!!!

James at Sprint in Poughkeepsie NY is great! He was able to transfer all my text messages when no one else could. If you live in the area, come see him!! From 1 to 10.. he gets 20!!!

Beware of this store, full of used car minded sales people. Apparently there manipulative practices and deceptive false quotes are a regular practice. Theres a girl by the name of Gentri who added a line to my fathers account to meet commision check. Lied to him most horrible experience even after there deceptive sale they screamed at me when, I tried resolving the situation. My dad is a,retired veteran on disability who barely afford to live.

Mr. Andrew, has been a blessing to my family since I 1st met him in this Sprint store 3 years. He GREATLY help my family n I with a burden financial issues at thay time. With his advice abt. Us retrieving our evidence via email, we were able to contact store manager @ corp n get things resolved. Which was AWESOME to lift that wieght of owing what we didnt owe. Then now, 2017 able to help get resolution w his co - workers of this ABSOLUTELY terrible phone, I had (J 7 - Perk). It was a nightmare. It almost claimed my life a few time. I am so happy 4 a working phone ( 14 days to see the best it has to offer). Has long as both parties can hear each other w/ o interference. Thank u, Sprint that Andrew is ur valued employee.
