Avoid ever stepping a foot into this store. Deal with metropcs by phone call. MOST metropcs dealerships shouldnt even be operating. Lie to make you spend more money than necessary. The guy that works here is shady as hell. Pays people for good reviews, so beware of good reviews.

Do not come to this location on pougkeepsoe. Set up my wife’s phone and never gave us the high security pin code and we have no way of accessing account to port number back to att because of awful cell service around here. Tried calling number numerous times and it’s someones cell number and goes straight to voice mail...
