I spoke to the general manager today she was so nice on the phone, I explain to her I was just tryna pay my bill but she was from the corporate office and she wanted to help me but I insisted on speaking to the manager at the storage where I rent from in Poughkeepsie. I told her it was a pleasure to speak to you and thanks for helping but I’ll speak to you associates. anyway whole staff is real friendly, and they make you feel welcome and that’s important.
