Unbelievable. I went to pick up my truck and trailer at my appointment time and waited a half hour to see if anyone would show. No one was at the building working. I called customer service and they were stumped, too. So, I was sent all over San Diego County to two different sites to get a truck and trailer. A twenty minute truck pick up turned into a four hour living hell trying to explain two different Penske sites that a customer service representative gave me two new reservations at different sites while I still have an existing reference number.

I only use Penske truck rental, theyre the best.

Very helpful, explained options and got us on the road quickly.
