I came to this dollar tree to return a blouse I bought at another dollar . I had the receipt and tags still on it the cashier who was working there refused to take it back . He said clothes items he can not take back. I bought the same shirt at that dollar tree a couple of months ago that’s why I was returning it. I called the dollar tree that I bought it at and she said that if I have the receipt I can return it at any dollar tree. I have tried calling the store to tell the employer abd he has the phone off the hook. He was black man with a strong accent. I had to ring the bell 3 times for him to come to the front of the store. He had 2 other customers waiting. I am appalled at his attitudes.

The store’s Google page & the store’s voicemail shows/states the store closes at 10p. I stopped by (in the rain) at 9:40p to quickly grab two items. The doors were locked. Wasted a trip to this location.

This store workers could careless if you buy anything or not. They were to busy on ear buds talking to friend. To one listening to her loud music from her cell phone. I dont know about anyone else but to me thats rude. Use of those should be on your lunch or break time. Cant ask them questions not even a thank you after making purchase. Just continued on personal call. Is this really what our world is coming to!!!!... I would rather order online than to enter that store ever again. On top of that they close earlier than most stores but dont go close to closing time because doors locked their ready to go!!.. Yet talks about another employee in front of me as if their doing any better?!. Manager needs to view tape and see whats happening in their store. Its unreal!!!...

OMG! The reason that I was there was due to taking a outfit to the daycare across the street. When I entered immediately I was met by a VERY pleasant scent that I had to have in my home. I couldnt find a vitamin and Mr. Sage helped me. I saw Ms. Brittany and asked her about the scent as she Lol and then showed me. It was her personal room spray. These to ppl need a raise. I will shop there more often due to them

Absolutely the rudest cashier, no customer service what so ever!!! When you enter her back is turned away and she yells, ”exact change”. I won’t do business there again. Rudeness isn’t acceptable!!

This place is a joke. I dont know if the guy who claimed to be the manager really was, but if so they ought to take a hard look at their hiring process.

Prices are ok and the place is decently clean (Ive seen much worse) but the isles are very packed in and crowded (does this go against fire codes??). I thought I was in a NYC convenience store its so tightly packed in this place! Decent selection of stuff for the size. I know they cant control who shops there but a couple of times Ive been in there and thought I needed to keep looking over my shoulder. Unfortunately it does seem that home values go down in areas where one of these stores open, too. Im not really sure we needed one to be honest - other similar places nearby.

The store was clean and orderly, and I found some nice coffee mugs there.

The African american young lady that was stocking today(8/20/2018)was rude and unhelpful and not knowledgeable about her own store! The latin girl working the register had to come help because the other girl didnt care or want to help!

Went there for a particular item, $3.50, then a few days later checked the price at Walmart. When I went back to get the item at Family Dollar, the price has gone up from $3.50 to almost $6. The same price as Walmart. NOT IMPRESSED Family Dollar!!
