Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. My stylist did a great job on my lash lift. I have a few eyelashes that grow in a different direction than the others and she remedied that, so I’m very please with her work. I will be back again a few months to repeat the process again and keep my lashes looking great!

This was my first experience with getting my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted. The appointment was super easy to make online. I received all instructions before coming in an email. The front desk staff was busy yet incredibly courteous and friendly. Fatima did an incredible job and was super accommodating when I forgot to take my contacts out. I had never had anything professional done to my brows and they were over plucked from my youth, plus getting more sparse every year. Bailey did a great job tinting and threading for shape. She explained everything well and gave me tips on filling them in myself. The color is very natural and the shape is improved. The front desk was professional and the whole place was clean. This morning I had my lashes filled at TLL prairie village. I usually go to a different stylist who has her own private practice. I have to say, a couple of months ago I had a terrible experience at the lash lounge on 135th. The owner was incredibly off putting, some of the lashes fell out the same day, the whole experience was a regret. However, my mind and opinion about this company has completely changed after my experience today at the Prairie Village location! Christa was absolutely amazing! She did my hybrid refill incredibly well and was so sweet! I’m super happy with my lashes and would definitely book here again.

This place is great! i got my lash extensions done here for the first time and it went so well! the ladies who work there know what they are doing and are so friendly. it was very clean in there and the tables you lay on were super comfy and you even get a blanket if you are cold. i was nervous about doing my lashes but my stylist Katelyn walked me through everything and made sure i knew what she was doing. even though it is a more lengthy procedure, the time was easily passed because it was so easy to talk to her while she did my lashes. definitely recommend, Katelyn is the best and she made my lashes look like it too!!!

The Lash Lounge was great- especially in regards to health/safety during COVID. Christa gave me a lash tint/thread and it turned out great. I wasn’t exactly sure how dark I wanted to go & she allowed me to see how the tint looked after one min! Grateful because 1 min ended up being perfect haha 10/10 recommend.

This is the best lash place I’ve ever been to! As Beyoncé would say, they slayed my eyebrows. Once you walk in the door you feel like you’re at home. The receptionist (Tee) sets the tone before you see one of the lash technicians. Everyone that works in here is pretty nice. I would definitely recommend this place over any lash lounge in town!

I am a first timer regarding lashes and I had a lot of questions. Katie explained everything in detail and since I work in the medical field I like details. I was so comfortable and at ease that I fell asleep while the full set was placed on. I did return for my refill and fell asleep again! Later, I took my niece to have her lashes tinted and lifted for her 16th birthday. She absolutely loves them and enjoyed herself as well.
